Worst UPS customer service I ever had, very very very slow and also stubborn. I tried to return the package from Amazon and I reused the shipping box, but I forgot to remove the batteries warning sticker. I tried to remove it but he said I couldn't use that box because of the sticker, I asked can I remove it now then he said even if you remove it, it is considered a suspicious package because I saw the sticker. First time to hear that since other up-store staff will help you with that. I ended up driving to other UPS stores to return using the same package box. Very disappointed with this UPS location.

Closed for lunch, wild I'm here on my lunch break. Who closes their whole business for lunch. Dragged a 50 pound package 100 yards from their parking lot to their location just to drag it back to take it to one that stays open for lunch

Came here about 30min to closing on a Sunday, even though the line was long and we had to wait about 15-20 min we remained patient as there was only 1 guy working, we felt so bad for him having to handle the high volume of people all by himself. Kudos to BJ Smith (I think that's his name) for keeping calm, collected and patient with the customer that kept coming up and asking him questions about their order they needed help with while trying to get through the line with everyone's Amazon returns. This UPS store is conveniently located inside the grocery store.

They really need to train their employees, I went there today and the lady behind the counter was not professional at all. She didn't know the simplest transaction. She called her co worker twice to get help and for her to tell me to go to the other location. I wasted 20 minutes there for nothing, had to rush to the other location before they closed with only five minutes to spare. The other location took less than a minute to complete my transaction. Please provide better training to your staff especially customer service, she acted like she didn't care about the customer and offered no apology or any kind of assistance.

Just went there, African American guy(didn't catch his name) that works there had no customer service skills, unfortunately wasn't helpful at all, laziest person I have ever encountered at any UPS store. Useless

Too slow! I waited in line for 15 minutes this afternoon (June 27) while the UPS employee tried to process the person in front of me who just wanted to mail a small package. The employee seemed undisturbed by the long line gathering behind me and did not look up or acknowledge us. It looked like he was having difficulty figuring out whatever was displaying on his computer screen. I finally left and went to another UPS store just to mail my Amazon prepaid package. Please give this employee some training on both customer service and on the UPS systems.

Completely agree with the review that's posted on here. Customer service lacks support/service. This location is located inside the Raley's in Elk Grove. Convenience wise 10/10, everything else 1/10. When I got here the person at the counter named Juan Nunez was "helping" an older lady. I quoted helping because he didn't seem to help her. When it was my turn, there was no greetings and his voice and body language gave me the "why are you here" vibe. He had a blank face and monotoned voice. It's like he didn't wanna be there which to me, he seemed like he was just chillin. He's sitting on a stool in a not so busy afternoon. I was sending a small item out and when he was asking me questions, he mumbles so I would have to ask him to repeat what he's saying. He asked for the address where I'm sending the item to, I gave him my phone so it's easier for him, he hands it back with no thank you or any acknowledgment. Juan Nunez's customer service was not great nor good at all. It seems like he hates his job. I prefer other UPS locations as the employers are actually nicer, they're on their feet willing to help. Unlike Juan Nunez who just sits there all day but can't even give even an OKAY customer service.

You don’t take Way Bills? Sounds like you don’t want my business. Head to the UPS store in the Kohls parking lot, they seem to know what they’re doing.
