A family member recommended Brian Z. of Gold Group Realty for our first home. I didn't want to go through a traditional bank in acquiring my home, and I'm so so glad I didn't move forward with it because my honestly gut told me to go with Brian and his team. I don't know where to start because he is amazing at what he does! More than knowledgeable and flexible, but most importantly, he is a shark when it comes to hunting and negotiating your home. My husband and I attend classes they offer and it has been very helpful in the homeownership process. They will even extend their time answering your questions diligently. His entire team is welcoming, professional, and willingly to help in any way that they can. I hope this review will give others to reach out and work with Brian and his GG team because they will hold your hand every step of the way! We love, love, love them!

I attended June 29 home buyer presentation and the information is very hrlpful. One suggestion is to move along with the presentation as I experienced some attendees asked personal questions to those who never get a loan approved yet. Overall, thank you.

Had the pleasure of working with Brian Zamora and his team for the 2nd time. Brian originally helped us get into our first time and we had a great experience. Peace of mind that we were working with the best in the industry. Fast forward 5 years and Brian and his team were able to sell the same house for a great profit. Him and his team were extremely helpful throughout the whole selling process and we’re extremely thankful we had them guiding us through our sell.

The entire team at the Gold Group, including Brian and Molly, "Awesome" Ashley, Jenny Saelee, Steven Nguyen and everyone else who supported us on our first home sale were absolutely amazing. I did my homework before selecting the Gold Group and they did not let us down. It was clear from other reviews and working with them, that they are focused on coming up with unique angles and ideas to create a marketing plan and execution that will work best for your home sale. We have a mid-century modern house with a flat roof designed by the Streng Bros. They did a great job focusing on that element, from Brian doing his intro video from the roof and drone video entering the indoor atrium garden, to a neighborhood charcuterie event, to posting the listing on MCM focused sites, coordinating modern staging and materials, etc... They were patient with my ridiculous sense of humor and questions (and a few more intelligent ones from my wife), and it really was like working with family/friends who have the focus, energy and dedication to come up big for you. One other thing that can't be understated; they really seek your thoughts and input because they realize you know your house better than anyone. They do not at all try to push everything into a "we know better" box. It feels collaborative and like a team, as it should. I look forward to the next opportunity to work with Brian, Molly and team.

THIS IS A COMPANY WE WOULD WORK WITH AGAIN & AGAIN!!Kaitlyn is such a great realtor!she was so eager to help us from the first time we met her at an open house. she always listened to what we wanted and helped us narrow down things that we knew were most important to us. she guided us through the process while answering any questions we had. & most of all, went all in with us, when we found what we knew was meant to be ours!!Ashley, the Transaction Manager, was also so knowledgeable and helpful. all of our paperwork was handled professionally and in a timely manner. she helped to make sure the process (as a whole) couldn't have gone any smoother.they were BOTH a joy to work with & brought such great energy when together!! The Gold Group has our stamp of approval!

The Gold Group, specifically Molly & Brian, are real estate agents turned friends! They were referred to us by a mutual friend, and now our family cannot recommend them enough. The Gold Group team as a whole shows true client care and has great communication. Molly & Brian went above and beyond. Molly also helped coordinate and link us to folks for home owning needs outside of our specific buying/selling needs, as well. We are beyond grateful for the Gold Group, especially our wonderful realtor Sherry Flores. From the moment we had our zoom meeting ( with a terrific PowerPoint presentation) to getting the keys our very first home, Sherry was there to help us every step of the way. Her team was very quick to respond to any of our questions and was able to accommodate all of our needs. We are first time home buyers with an out of state quick move (about 1.5 months notice) but she made it happen. I would highly recommend the Gold Group to anyone looking to purchase a home and of course a special shout out to our girl Sherry!
