Worst experience I had. Bought a box that was 24x24x30 to ship chairs back to Amazon. Had to bend it a little to get it into the back seat of my car. When I got it home I realized it was too big for what I was shipping. Put it back in the car and took it back to exchange for a smaller box. The sales associate who sold me the box said he couldn’t take it back because it was not straight and his boss would not allow it. He said customers would not buy it because it was bent. It was never used just put in my car to get it home. Will never shop there again or recommend anyone to that store. The first box was $20 and the smaller box was $10. The owner just lost a customer and probably more over $10.

Very personal and most helpful! Well, never go to the UPS in Elk Grove. They are overpriced.! However, I love the place and the owner is very nice!

Showed up with a painting and no knowledge of anything else. Scott helped us out from the second we walked in. Presented us with different options and we came to a conclusion that worked out the best.Offered extras to make sure the insides of our package was extra protected.Quick, easy, and painless. The website said the store opened at 10:00.AM. However the worker showed up 10mins late and told me that he cannot help me till 10:30 because the u-haul side is not opening till 10:00am

Super friendly and got to hear an awesome joke while I waited. I came in a rush to get boxes for an eBay package, they were very helpful. I also got a look at the prices they have for boxes and I will definitely be stocking up on boxes from here. 10/10 would buys from again!!!
