ZERO STARS. Terrible service. Family was there for 5+ hours. We came into trade said we need to replace screen on 2 of the iPhones. OK reasonable. 1 hour later. Says another phone that he had for over an hour also needs to be replaced. 2 and a half hours past now I have to go to work. My family stays there for another 3 hours and drop the new phone to me at work. They transfer my info from my old phone to the iPhone 13 with NO SIM. Now I have to call another day off work to pick up the SIM card. Absolutely horrible. Spent all day there today and have to go back tomorrow. Lam N needs to lose his job. Absolutely terrible service.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU'RE READY TO DEAL WITH A HUGE HEADACHE, RUN AROUND AND NO SOLUTIONS.

I wouldn't advise anyone to stop at this location. They give you the run around and are NOT HONEST WITH ANY OF THE PLANS OR BILLING. They don't help with solutions or even provide you answers to what they billed you for. The manager seems to be behind this, only approaches team members when they aren't upselling right. I will be filing a lawsuit / complaint against the the store they used my information and card info to add accessories and plans i didn't even sign up for. I would best advice a different store or carrier. AT& T is who i had before and never had an issue as such.

I recently had an experience with T-Mobile's customer service team and to be exact the " store manager SONNY" (Sunny) that left me disappointed. Unfortunately, my personal information was used for fraudulent purposes without my knowledge or consent. They used my information to charge me for 2 apple watches, protection, and accessories. Not to mention 2 protection plans for devices I didn't purchase or walk out with in the first place. While I appreciate the effort made by the T-Mobile team to resolve the issue, (after calling over 5 times) I was disappointed with the overall handling of the situation. It was a frustrating and concerning experience for me. I hope that T-Mobile takes steps to ensure that their customers' personal information is protected and that their customer service team is better equipped to handle such situations in the future. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU'RE READY TO DEAL WITH A HUGE HEADACHE, RUN AROUND AND NO SOLUTIONS.

I would give 0 stars for this store if i could specifically because of one person. Nancy has been working at this store for a very long time. I was still in middle school and did not know much about the real world. My parents are immigrants and barely knew how to speak english. I remember we went in to add a line for myself and told us we get another free line for a month but was later charged. Now that i'm older i understand better and realize she lied and took advantage of my parents not understanding english. I wonder how many people she has done this to just so she can make a profit. Years later i went in to get a new phone and turns out she became a manager. They had a machine to transfer photos/videos to the new phone but apparently it was broken. I had to resort to using their wifi but it was not strong enough so it took a while. It was 80% done but she rushed me and told me they were closing and can't do anything about it. I asked if the data that i currently transferred would at least work. She lied and assured me but once i got home i realized she was just trying to get me out of there because the download was interrupted and it was useless. Back then i didn't know any better but as someone who works with phones, i'm sure she knew. I lost all those memories including the only pictures with my grandfather who had passed away. She clearly does not care for her customers. I hope people read this and decide to go to a different location. I now go to the calvine location and they are always friendly and helpful. I hope nobody else gets taken advantage from her

This location always gives me problems. They never want to work. I was there to purchase a new iPhone 14 and combine two phone lines that are already T-Mobile numbers. The young lady that "helped me told me it was impossible "I tried it for my friend." What's that even mean? She told me I'd have to take my numbers to another cellular service like at&t to keep them. I called the 800 number and they did it in two minutes, literally two minutes. It's called a transfer of responsibility. People should ask a supervisor for help if they don't know how to do their job. It's common sense. THEY LOST ME. Switching to AT&T. Better service, and better deals on phones.

This T-Mobile did a great job! I was dealing with a tricky situation trying to move my phone number from one parents plan to the other, and Sunny went above and beyond helping me. He even stayed an hour after he was supposed to leave to help me switch over. Could not recommend this place enough!
