Every time I go to the Bond Road location I get great customer service from Rudy. He always makes it so easy. He's friendly and always has a smile on his face.

Man, who knew customer was needed at car washes. RC took good care of me and it seems like it came so natural. Highly recommend. I don't even live in the area but I do come to the Sacramento area often. He has my business for sure. ??

Catrina at the Elk Grove Florin and Bond Super Clean Carwash was helpful, friendly and observant. She paused our wash to save a magnet that we lost off of our car, and returned it to us when we got to the vacuum. A vacuum came undone while we were cleaning our car and she promptly reattached it. She was nice to my kids and very respectful. Happy to leave a very satisfied review of her services. I also love the car wash. The vacuum is super high powered as well.

The attendant Catrina was very thorough on the prewash of my vehicle. Quick to get to me and the other people in line. She had a smile on her face too which is always a good thing. Particularly if you’re having a bad day! So thanks Catrina.

My girlfriend and I went to Super Clean on 6/26. Her car needed a wash BAD. It had been sitting under a tree and hadn't moved for weeks. The manager, RC immediately asked if we had parked under a tree lol. I'd never seen this much bird poop on one car lol. I purchased the "Date Night", and he told me they would do a good pre-soak beforehand in hopes it all came off during the wash. He said if it didn't he wanted me to circle around and come back through for a second round. A lot of the poop came off during the first trip, but there was still a lot on the moon roof and the hood. RC was waiting at the exit to inspect my car, and motioned for me to circle back around. When I got back to the entrance, he said he was going to give me a second wash at no charge, and he also bumped us up to the "Super Clean". He stood at my window and spoke to us like we were his friends, and not just another customer. He also offered us the microfiber towel that is a perk for purchasing the Super Clean wash, even though he was giving us that for free. Hard to come by good customer service like that!! We will be purchasing the monthly wash service!! I highly recommend this place!! Five stars!
