When our family started the journey to buying our first home we were full of excited and nervousness. While searching for realtors, Doug Stephans came up as a Dave Ramsey certified realtor with a great track record. We met with Doug and from the beginning he was everything we were looking for in a realtor. We had very little knowledge about the home buying process, but Doug walked us through everything and made us feel comfortable. He was very patient with us and never hesitated to explain the process and made sure we really understood. If you are looking for a reliable realtor, Doug is the person for the job! We will be referring others to Doug who are looking to buy a home.

I called and asked if this was Stacy Real Estate and Mortgage because he answered the phone with a HELLO. I was calling to give him info that would compliment his business. I got 5 words out and he said FU and hung up! Real professional!
