My husband and I recently relocated from the SF Bay Area to Roseville and Matteen made the whole process super easy for us. From making an appointment to view the rental, to the application process and all the correspondence back and forth. He kept us up to date with the status of everything and answered all our questions. Do a job for them . I had cleaned out a house they did not want to pay saying because I had cleaned for previous tenants before that the house shouldn’t be that much so forth so for a move out move in cleaning you have to take everything apart everything and they refuse to pay after I was there 4 in a half hours . I have so many pictures .

Sky west is probably the most professional and thorough and genuine property management group we ever had to deal with. Dealing with Matteen was a delight, he was so prompt and personable and the honestly came on where they didn't ask for a single penny from us nor mess with our credits until it was the last step in the approval process. We worked with SkyWest Real Estate to sell our house. Matteen and Wali were both professional, courteous, and quick to respond to inquiries. Our house was far from their offices and yet, they were there as frequently as it was needed to help prepare the house and show it to potential buyers. Matteen kept us in the loop and guided us through the entire process. When there were multiple offers on the table, Matteen and Wali helped us evaluate each option and make an educated decision. They went above and beyond during the closing when we were out of town.

We worked with Wali and Mateen as our loan officer and agent to purchase a new construction home. Wali provided the support through the loan process and was very responsive. We were kept in the loop every step of the way and he was available at very flexible times due to our work schedules. Mateen was our real estate agent and did an awesome job in keeping us current on all the paperwork and phases of the construction project. We ran into a few issues with the builder and he resolved it quickly. Purchasing a home can be a stressful experience but this team made it a breeze! Definitely recommend this team!

If you've come so far to look at reviews, I assure you that you got it right. I have to admit that both Matteen and his team SkyWest have worked diligently to navigate me in this hot market and find me the perfect home and perfect deal. They went above and beyond to answer every question that I had along the process and responded quickly in the forms of text, email, and call.If you want to buy/sell property, I highly recommend Wali and Matteen to be your guide as they're savvy and familiar with the market and won't disappoint you.

If you're in the search for your future home I highly recommend Matteen from Skywest, he was very professional, quick and informative. After looking for a house in this tough market I was ready to give up but thanks to Matteen's persistence and hard work we kept going and found the perfect house. Wali, Matteen, and their whole team made home ownership for my family a reality. I love how they sat down with us and actually gave us a myriad of interest rates along w closing costs choices. The other two companies that we were dealing with only gave us two choices each to choose from -this interest rate and this closing cost or that one. That was it. Wali actually shared the screen with us (zoom) so that we could see for ourselves and make a more informed decision instead of just handing us a print out with two choices on it. That made us feel cared about like they weren't in a rush, and we were just another number to them. They also strategized with us to see when the interest rates were the best and when to lock in our rate. Wali and Matteen were responsive, respectful, and patient with us. They explained the process to us very carefully and made sure we understood. We felt tremendously cared about by them, and they worked hard to get us in our home by the time we wanted. Even though, we have now been in our home 6 months, they are still very responsive to any questions we have. They haven't abandoned us. They are knowledgeable and professional. We are looking to refinance soon, and we will be going to them again and also for any future home or property ventures. Sky West Real Estate rocks!!
