It seems hard for me to believe that I have been in the Mortgage Industry now for almost 40 years. Where has the time gone???
I started out as a Realtor in 1979 in Stockton, Ca and then moved over to lending in 1981. I have done everything from working for a Bank to being a partner in a large mortgage coming in the Bay Area. I was broker to 7 branches while still being one of the top producing loan agents for the company. I have owned my own mortgage company without partners and now I work for a smaller company with less middle management that can allow for me to have better pricing for my clients. I now focus on doing ONLY Reverse mortgages.
I have been arranging Reverse mortgages now since 2015 and absolutely love it!!!
