This review is for the car wash. Very poorly designed car wash and confusing/unclear instructions. Go somewhere else it stopped washing my car halfway through the process and there was no attendant in sight.

I've been buying gas at this station for years, since the remodeling the service from the staff so fake, it's a joke, also every time I go in for gas the debit machine at the pump is not working ? no Moore

The service is always nice, not always fast but always nice. I wish they would fix all the vacuums half of them are missing the top piece which makes vacuuming not as easy.

Well I'm here to review the car wash at Shell at the corner of Elk Grove boulevard and about 99. It's right behind Pizza Bell. Directly across from Dutch Brothers coffee.So the car wash is automated. The controls between the lights and what the actual equipment is doing are not too well synchronized. And the feedback mechanism is just not quite where it needs to be yet. However it does give you a good car wash if you can figure out the timing of the between the lights and the equipment.

I can not believe what the car wash did to my car. it left scratches on my front windshield! and on my trunk! and the five minutes of vacuum is ridiculous the facts that I bought the upgrade one. what five minutes gonna do? I felt rushed and couldn't even finish vacuuming my car.

Received a Shell gift card from a client for Christmas. Stopped in to use it today. East access in and out if service station. Convenience store on site, did not go into. Drive through semi self serve Carwash on site, didn't use. There's a cool dog wash unit behind the station, didn't use but will try out in future.Lots of room around gas pumps, ample room no matter which pump you use and direction you are pulling in and out of pumps area. Gas pumps easy to use. Gas prices significantly higher than some other local stations. East to operate pumps. Clean.

Excellent service! Employees friendly and helpful. The inside and outside are clean. Great selection of food and snacks. Close to freeway.

You need to stop here and try the new Crunchy Munchy chicken restaurant that just opened inside. The biscuits and chicken are very very good. Good clean gas station also and nice employees. Lots of food choices inside.

Brand new and rebuilt, but still has the highest gas price and terrible service. 2 people inside cleaning and store not open inside to customers . Very ridiculous

Remodeled with Loop car wash. This review is for the car wash. Pass on the car wash. They have a status light like most gas station car washes(go, stop, backup) the tech who maintains this car wash need to re program the status sequence. My car was left wet because the status lights didn't direct me when to stop or go when it was in the rinse and dry cycle. After the scrubbing, which is not bad, the green light illuminated telling me to pull forward into the rinse, then it shut off, it proceeded to rinse while I was in park, then stopped, at the same time I heard the dryer powering down while the car wash status lights still off. Turns out the car wash was complete, so my rear half of the car did not get rinsed and the whole car did not get dried. Quick quack is across the street, go there. Out of a lot of the quick quacks, that one(near Dutch bros) is the best one (I've been to several).
