Very clean store lots of variety customer service was excellent got a little bit of gas and Ice Cream Sandwich nice place to stop on the highway get off 99 for a minute. They also have a car wash.

This location closes way soon than they say it says 11 but more like 930. If you need gas go somewhere else because they cant help you

This is a gas station where the owners and/or workers really take pride in their business. I have had them ask if they can clean my windshield and pump my gas for me. Most recently my tire pressure light went on and they were so helpful checking the air pressure in all four tires and inspecting them to see what was causing it. It is nice to find a business that harkens back to the good ol days.

I thought Mike was the owner because he was so wonderful. The restrooms are super clean and everybody was nice. I would drive across town to go to this gas station.

Seriously the best gas station experience. Clean bathroom, soap in the window washer fluid and Jake is super helpful.

I had a check engine light turning on and brought my car there to fix it. They ran dianogtis and they told me the catalytic converter had problem. I agreed to change it and be done with it. Two weeks later the engine light turning back on again and they said they are different codes of the problems and they are not the same. It is hard to believe people doing business such like that without shame to say. Why they did not tell me that from the beginning? or the first time when I came in. It is so bad business over all. I will not do business with Elk Grove Shell gas station again .Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've only ever wrote one other review about a shell station and hat was in another town and trust me, it was as negative as can be. Then today, while putting 200 bucks worth of diesel in the truck, I was greeted by an older gentleman. His customer service was excellent! He was welcoming, he washed both trucks windows, he was pleasant to talk too. He said he's only been working there for 5 months, and he is enjoying his job. You can really tell he really cares about his job, the station. You can definitely tell the work ethics between the older generation and the new generation. This older gentleman is definitely a keeper and the gas station owner she be extremely proud and honored to have such a truly caring and dedicated employee. I wish I got this guys name. He has to be in his 60s
