Well maintained and staffed, family owned business off Sheldon exit in Elk Grove, I've never had such a fruitful experience as this. Friendly, helpful staff, a broad affordable selection of inside plants, various sun needs plants, beautiful pots, pond plants, bonsai, sculpture fountain and tropical plants. My new favorite spot ♥️ A lovely spot to walk around with my nephew. Public bathroom and carts for convenience with child seat! I love the selection of native plants and of all the places I've bought plants, had the best success rate with plants from here ❤️

Came for the butterfly ? event that I saw on Facebook. I had never been here and glad I found out about it, I'll be back! Bought a discount plant ? and had a great time checking out the place. The person who rang me up was very nice. There was face painting, coffee and ice cream available for purchase as well. Beautiful place with waterfall and chickens too. I'll be back to bring friends and hope to check out their full moon event as well!

I was shocked today when I went to purchase a quick couple succulents and bowl that totalled less than $80.00. The gal asked if I had a rewards number. I looked at Wayne who works there and responded ARE YOU FN KIDDING ME. I have spent 2k here the past 2 months and this is the first I've heard of it. Not that I needed one, I didn't open one today because it's a principal issue. That is not how you run a business and expect.Repeat customers. All the times i've been in there all the stuff i've purchased, and not once.Did anyone ever say anything about this to me. So much for local businesses and community support. I went there and had been going there to support a local business. It is BAD BUSINESS ?

I recently visited Secret Garden with high hopes, but I was deeply disappointed by the state of many of the plants. Unfortunately, it seems that several of them have been neglected, showing signs of severe distress. Many leaves were brown, dry, and withered, indicating a lack of proper care and watering. It's disheartening to see such beautiful plants being poorly maintained.
A garden should be a place of beauty and vitality, but these uncared-for plants really took away from the overall experience. I hope the management addresses this issue soon because it truly affects the ambiance and the quality of what could be a lovely place.

We've been coming here for the last few years. Great selection of succulents, house plants, and pottery (including talavera)! Buy for yourself or find the perfect gift for your fellow plant lovers. They are also very dog friendly and notice when I do not bring my pup (usually because it is too hot outside).

Wide variety and super friendly staff. The gift shop/club house had so many trendy things to add to our decor. We originally went for succulents but left with so much more. Signed up for their point system so I got about halfway to my first reward in the first visit. I’m eager to try out one of their upcoming events! Hands down my favorite garden shop in the area though.

I love this place! My sister recommended The secret garden to me, so I had to check it out. I bought over $50.00 worth of succulents and a terracotta pot, and you guys were having a %15 off day. This place has the healthiest and most beautiful plants, the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt really relaxed and happy. I highly recommend this place.

?This was a definite surprise. Found exactly what I was looking for for my new home. The fountain fit the decor perfectly wasn't too expensive it was easy to set up and my girlfriends and I had a good time walking around checking out all the beautiful items they had their. You must stop by and check out what they have there, you'll be pleasantly surprised.?

I went there yesterday and the nursery is impressive. Lots and lots of beautiful different sized pots to select from. They had way more succulents than cacti. Their cactus section was a lot smaller than the succulent section. I was looking for cacti. They have a nice little selection on different species to choose from. I also wish they had a better selection of drainage rock. They only had little bags of 2 types of drainage rock. I was hoping to find expanded shale or turface. But I understand that’s hard to find. All and all it’s a great nursery. If you’re into succulents this is the nursery for you.

Huge place with lots of great plants and pots. Found this place from a tiktok reviewer and we will now be regulars. Bought two succulents and pots on our first visit. Very friendly and helpful employees. Nice layout and great prices. Highly recommended.

What a lovely find of a garden this is. You can see the care, time and patience used here. Prices are very reasonable. Employees are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of outdoor plants to choose from and the indoor shop has a great selection of plants, wind-chimes and the like. Please visit this beautiful Secret Garden, and add a lovely plant to your space.
