Scott is great! As first-time homebuyers, we feel so lucky to have found someone who was knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. He guided us through the entire process and gave us great advice when purchasing the right home. We feel like he really looked out for our best interest and made it such a positive experience. Scott is fantastic and will be our 'go to' realtor for the future. He worked incredibly hard to show us properties until we found the one we want and then he shined in getting the deal done. If I could give Scott 100 stars, I certainly would. Scott is super friendly, dedicated, sincere, knowledgeable in Real Estate, and has a ton of integrity. In going through a divorce, Scott was with me all the way. He kept me updated on the nearby market, how my home was doing and at a special request before it sold, I asked if he would do a walk through (even though my soon to be ex still lived there). Scott took alot of pictures, helped me make the tough decisions by pointing out things I wouldn't have thought of. I worked with Scott for a period of about 4 years. He is always happy to answer all my many questions. If I were in your shoes and looking for a Realtor - Scott Sweeney is definitely the man to make your real estate business easy to understand and to move forward. Scott is very caring and will do all that he can to help you. Hands down 100 stars for Scott!!!

Scott is the real deal! He's not just a realtor but a friend who puts his clients first. He took the time to understand our needs and always went above and beyond. We found a house that we love and once we contacted Scott, he was able to put together an offer that the seller immediately accepted. He is very knowledgeable and he helped us with any questions we had for the seller. He was also able to get us a discount for renovations after the closing of the house. Scott is a great real estate agent in many ways. He was patient when we told him almost three years ago we are going to move. He met with us numerous times to answer our questions and quell our concerns. Because of our lack of real estate sale knowledge and unfamiliar to the process we asked him many questions and sometimes multiple times. He would just laugh and tell us again without hesitation or frustration. He walked us through all the steps and supported us through the most complex activities. He encouraged us and provided clear staging instruction which would impress buyers and generate the highest offer. He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable at buying and selling houses and anyone who chooses to use him should take comfort his abilities. "Scottie" is a good friend and great agent. Scott found our dream home! My husband and I were referred to SweeneySells from a colleague of mine and he hit a home run for us! This was our first home purchase so we were a little like deer in headlights, but Scott took us under his wing and made the process super easy and a lot of fun. He explained all of the steps and was always upfront with us about the houses we were seeing and different things to look out for. You could tell he really cares and wasn’t just trying to sell us the first home we saw. After viewing many homes we finally found “The One” and Scott gave us incredible recommendations to help get our offer accepted. We couldn’t imagine using anyone else in the future. Go with Scott! We had three other realtors tell us our home was a lot less then it ended up selling for. Scott put together a full analysis for us so we could see the difference and what he had to offer to make the best decision for us. He always had our best interests at heart, had great communication, and kept us updated every step of the way. He was able to make our move seamless, stress free, and got us a few great offers for our home which ended up going well above our expectations. His pricing is also well worth it (he’s not the cheapest and not the most expensive) but we actually gave him a bonus for the job he did. We can’t thank you enough Scott! We’ll be calling you in the future and recommending you to all of our friends and family. : )
