Great shoe selection...good name brands HURLEY, CONVERSE, UNDER ARMOUR, HURLEY, POLO, REEBOK, DOC MARTINS, ADIDAS, VANS , GUESS, PUMA, MADDEN GIRL, SKETCHERS, AESICS .... tennis shoes, pool shoes, Sandals, slides, Boots, some but not many womens heels/ dress shoes... lots of variations but not in every size...meaning many styles and colors were available in only a couple different sizes...some were only in one size. Really nice to find good shoes at decent prices though!! only reason for 1 less star is I saw a cute pair of pool slides and it was the only pair no price though...there were a few employees close but the 2 women in the shoe area seemed very busy.. there were 2 guys just kinda standing around....white dress shirt black pants and hanging out by exit which is adjacent to shoe area... i wasnt sure they/he wasnt just security (and greeter/s) but when i saw one of them putting shoes back i chanced asking him if he could price check or if i needed to ask cashier...he took the shoes.. left briefly came back and said 50$ i said there were several other shoes ..sandals and tennis shoes by that brand and none were 50$.... the most expensive pair by that brand was 35$ he shrugged. When i tried to ask if there was anyone else who could check he just said 50$ and walked away ...also he didnt bring them back which was weird. So his unhelpful rudeness is why i docked a star...* note i had (and spent) over $150 in other shoe pairs when this occurred. Im sure it wasnt me ... he seemed unhappy in general..i think maybe the cashier had asked him to put those away and it wasnt his typical duty(?) still, i didnt appreciate it.
Prices reasonable and otherwise great trip... I will most likely look here for tennis shoes in the future...they even had aesics! (Avg 25-38$ on msrp 40-60). The Doc Martin Dress shoe-boots were $50...but MSRP is 90$+

Excellent customer service. Excellent manager. I bought a painting and forgot it there. The manager ( this young guy) and the security guard personally located the painting and gave it to me. They did not have to do that since it was my fault but they went out of their way to help me. Gold star service.

The store doesn't have too much merchandise and their cashiers are very unpleasant, they need to learn better customer service skills and if they hate their job, they need to look for something that makes them happier.

Went to this location place is looking outdated but i had no issues about it! Greeted by the sps The only thing is the lady that I asked if I could use the restrooms and mind you the restroom is just infront of her all she needed to do is press a button to open it. She hesitated and replied no sorry I am off clock, all i know is they clock in and out upfront? and she was holding merchandise in her hands? shopping on clock and has time to grab her merchandise on clock but can't open a restroom five steps away? Definitely impacted my experience, I had to go home right away and wasn't able to get what I needed.

Manager and the cashier working on 12/15/23@4:20 had to be on drugs because I asked them to give me a refund in cash when I paid in cash it said I paid with a visa for $100 and my refund was $69. I told them I would like cash they denied me and disregarded and cut me off while I was talking sat there said they’ll give me the cash after having me use my card to “verify” so I did upon manager request. When I asked to now process It for cash she sat there and said since I returned something when I purchased previous items which was false and I showed her the receipt again. She tells me nothing she can do. I’d my money is not returned Ross is stealing from customers

This Ross is huge so you will find some things nice unexpectedly with reasonable prices. Their staffs are nice as well.
