Hello supervisors, managers and bosses so I came in this afternoon about one something 12 thirtyish time and I was purchasing clothes. Well when I walked inside, I asked the security lady if it was OK for me to come in with my bags I had three bags and they all have receipts and I'm gonna she said sure why didn't walk when in the store shopped Waiting in the line patiently got up to the register and there was a lady up there a young lady not sure we're race I don't go off race or color him but the time that I came in there was about 131, 3659. Today's date at 12:23, so it be in the holiday weekend and people are trying to shop and get in and out Register number five this young lady soon as she came up to the counter, I took all of my stuff that I was buying and sat on the counter. She looked at my stuff and Micheal in my basket my bags and looked at me and looked at my cart again, and looked at me and I addressed to her. Would you like for me to give you my receipts to all my items in the bag she said no, but she kept giving me this. I am looking up and down at me, and looking in my bag, made me feel very uncomfortable, if I did not have to purchase these gifts for my family and my friends, I would've stopped and went somewhere else. I am very sorry that I don't drive in that I take the bus everywhere but she made me feel very uncomfortable and I told the security lady and let her know you gave me the permission that was OK correct not yelling at you. I appreciate you letting me but you guys need to talk to your cashier. She made me feel very uncomfortable and then I brought a shirt up there that I had to because the other one I couldn't find the tag that she found she addressed to argue with me and I let her know I did not know that there was a tag in the shirt that's why I brought two so her attitude was very shitty just to let you guys know in this day and time it is too much going on 2023 is been a rough year for everybody come on Ross get it together. This is not a Ross that I really like to come to. It's kind of sad it's in the nice neighborhood, but in the nice neighborhood, people become very nasty. I'd rather go to the one that's off of how or the one that's the new one on Stockton Boulevard. Yeah it's in the hood but at least you get better service, so I hope you guys pay attention to this because that's probably why lotta people don't like to come here because your cashiers are very rude. Not all Bassam so just deep down and you know have a heart for other people because you never know what they're going through. Have an amazing day get better and hopefully 2020 for your customer service in your store would do a lot better than what it does. Thank you.

I was in shopping yesterday. Up until yesterday I've always had a nice experience. We all know you would like customers to remove there hangers if possible. I clearly checked for a rack in line because I absolutely understand trying to move the line as quick as possible. There was no rack to do so. All the racks were behind the counter with the two ladies working. So I said" So, I guess they must be removing them". I get to the counter the girl stops what she is doing and rudely asks if I can remove all the hangers while the rack was right behind her. I apologized and said that" I would have before that but there was no rack for them." Which she quickly responded saying that "they must have moved it." And then instead of having good customer service proceeded to wait until all hangers were removed. I am sorry is Ross now going to pay me for the time and work I put in at this counter? She was flat out rude and if a customer comes up with hangers that haven't been removed. It is YOUR job to remove them. Hopefully the customer service will be better in the future.

Pleasant experience today.Ladies restroom had no seat covers in a stall.Was busy at the register and happy to say 2 more registers opened up.

Hadn't been to Ross in awhile. Sad to see staff remains as apathetic as I remember. I would give 1 star except that the store was cleaner than in the past.

Today, 4/29/2023, I was visibly upset at the fitting room area employee in the back of store. She wouldn't allow the use of the fitting rooms. It was about noon, stating she was waiting to be relieved for a break. it is a Saturday, shouldn't this store plan for an uptick in Saturday shopping. This fitting room employee was rude and had the audacity to take the handful of clothes I wanted to try on and placed them back on her clothes rack, before I left the store. On my way out I told a cashier in front of the store that was disgusting that back fitting room employee told me to go the front of the store to utilize 2 fitting rooms. Well, one was being used and the other broken. That employee, in the back fitting rooms took it upon herself to close those men & womens fitting rooms because she isn't being relieved for a break. But, still stayed there in the area. They lost me as a customer, I'm never going back in there. That employee, should be fired, seems her other co-workers are scared of her too @ 7231 Laguna Blvd Elk Grove, Ca 95758

The manager was so disrespectful towards my culture so I can say she was racist, while she look at my cultural dress she gave me hard time and mad Waite longer after that her attitude was rude and unprofessional customer service

Not a friendly atmosphere. Loss prevention Thinks he’s a heavy chief police officer lol just standing there glaring at everyone.. the cashier was very unfriendly, so is the fitting room worker.1 star because I found a few good pairs of jeans

I just went to get some shower curtains they were really cheap I have black mold so it just eats my shower curtains I've ate less than $20 for two shower curtains

Hey it's a Ross, aim low score in the middle? Let's get real, every Ross is just a big pile of leftover stuff and ach store has a different pile. If you don't expect the royal treatment, you may walk out with more than you expected. And watch out, if you like it there may only be 1 left, so grab it before someone else does and check the price at the register to make a final decision. And you know what, even though it's not a swanky store, most of the employees have a great attitude so be nice if you can.

Ross has a huge variety of things! I stopped in because I needed a cross body bag for my day of shopping and didn't want to pay target prices. I ended up finding a bag I love for only $16. The downside to Ross is that it's SO EASY to find tons of things you want!You do often get what you pay for though, so be aware!Also they could use a few more employees. The checkout line was long and slow.
