I have been working with Daniel and his team as a property owner for 3 years, and it’s been a great experience working with them throughout the period! They helped us find good tenants and managed the property well. They are also responsive to emails and calls. I really appreciate all their help during my ownership of the investment property in Elk Grove!

Called to inquire about a property, talked to women who literally told me she didn't know what they had available. Then said I would need to refer to there website. Only after telling me if I wanted any info I'd need to pay and apply before that could be shared. Will not recommend nor will I be back here. Lack of professional and information.. how do you work at a rental agency and know absolutely nothing about the properties available, either she didn't know or didn't care to help me. Either way. Horrible.

By far the BEST property management company I have ever dealt with as a tenant, and there have been quite a few (mostly good experiences). RNB stands out for responsiveness, attention to detail, going above and beyond the call of duty, and overall professionalism. I would highly recommend. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EAGLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. You will never get a hold of anyone when you need them?.

So far it's been great working with Daniel and his team at RNB! We used RNB to find a tenant and to manage our house. I can't speak much of their management yet since we just started working with them so I'll review again after enough time passed. For now, I really appreciate how easy it's been to work with them. They are thorough, very easy to get in contact with an actual person, and they are quick to respond to emails and calls. That is very important to me and I feel everyone at RNB Elk Grove is very professional and friendly. This is the first time I am working a property management company and so far my experience and interactions with them has been smooth and positive :)

I have been working with RNB property management - Elk Grove since 2019. Daniel and his team are very professionals, very responsive and always there to answer questions or concerns you have about your property. Daniel will respond to emails within an hour and if not at least by the end of the day. They will contact you immediately regarding any problems with the rental property and will coordinate with other venders on your behalf. The repair costs and venders are presented to you for approval prior any work is done. Everything is up front and transparent. No worries about any hidden costs. They will also let you know once the work has been completed. I would highly recommend Daniel and his team at RNB management. 'm so happy that I have them managing my property. They are the BEST!

There's absolutely no reason not to give Daniel, Rigo and Nia 5s. RNB should be the go to company no matter for landlords or tenants.

The owner Daniel really took care of us. We are renting and our property had a great deal of issues and her personally became the liason to fix every issue we had. He was very professional and detailed. He worked on the weekend too. Very respectful. Very honest. Takes pride in his work. Very Ethical

We started renting through RNB back in 2019. Daniel has always been kind and helpful! Any time we need something fixed, or have a concern, Daniel is always very quick at responding and getting us the needed help to fix whatever needs to be fixed. It has been a great experience the entire time. Thank you Daniel and RNB Property Management Elk Grove staff!

Probably would have had a better experience if it is known immediately you must and can only apply to one property at a time! No luck here but pet friendly and did wish them the best! Seems like Daniel is the only gentlemen to have helped and was kind! Unfortunately lack of weekend showings due to office being closed but bad for those looking to move in from out of town.

My husband and I worked with RNB in trying to find a rental in the Sacramento area, which is a wild, confusing, frustrating endeavor. Although we were able to secure a rental through other means, we did have an application in at RNB who were incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the process while working with us! They called and emailed promptly and provided guidance about navigating the world of rentals that can be so difficult. Daniel from the Elk Grove office and Vanessa from the Rocklin office were particularly helpful! They also submitted our refund for our rental application fees promptly after we informed them that we were withdrawing our applications. Even though we did not end up renting through them, we would work with them in the future, if needed, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental in Sacramento!
