Kathy and Chuck are the best real estate team, I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Kathy represented us as the seller agent for my South Sacramento property. Her expert local knowledge and commitment made the sale possible. My renters moved out right before the holiday season with damage to the house. I had very little time to find and manage the contractors for the repairs and remodel needed. Cathy and Chuck gave me a reasonable estimated (Chuck is a General Contractor). After the renters moved out, their team immediately repaired the damages, installed new flooring, new kitchen (with Kathy's great recommendation of redesign), new garage door, new paint, and repair the fences, roof and irrigation system (and clean up) in less than 3 weeks. She also managed the inspections and staging. The house was listed, shown and closed in less than a month. The total process took less than 2 months. Her commitment of keeping us informed and made sure that all the processes go smoothly were exceptional and the difference. I trusted her every step of the way and she made the whole process stress free. She was promptly replied all emails and texts. Kathy's professionalism, expert knowledge and exceptional service is without peer. I highly recommend Kathy and plan to use her for all my future real estate needs.

To start off, Alex Villanueva is AMAZING. As a first time home buyer in a new city, i wanted to work with a realtor who would be 100% transparent about the process, properties & the neighborhoods I was looking in. Alex definitely delivered. She is also extremely quick to respond! The first time i sent her an email late at night with a list of homes i wanted to check out, i was expecting to hear from her the next day... but nope! Lol she replied within minutes! I honestly felt like i was texting a best friend who is also a realtor. Alex cares about what's important to you in a home, and always keeps your best interest in the forefront. I also appreciate the fact that she will let you know if she is unsure of something, but gets back to you the same day with the answer. Alex made sure that my offers were strong, but still within budget. She maintained timely communication with other agents, even if they weren't always as fast as her. I also work in sales, so i can tell she is a force to be reckoned with in real estate. Please go to her when you're looking to buy or sell a home... she helped me get into my dream home, and i couldn't be more thankful for her.

Derek Formosa made the seemingly overwhelming process of selling and buying a home appear easy.
