Just ordered a sandwich with peppered Turkey. What I got is NOT peppered Turkey. It’s roasted Turkey and is too salty to eat. Pay attention to what the customer orders! Disappointed.

Every time I come here, I end up with the same cashier who provides the absolute worst customer service. The first few times, I brushed it off assuming she may have been having a bad day. But it is every single time. She also, doesn’t wear a name tag like everyone else. Which I assume is intentional trying to avoid negative callouts. She is rude, doesn’t seem like she cares at all, and is just overall such negative energy. She really has left me with such a bad impression of the business time and time again, that at this point I’ve decided to shop elsewhere. The operator ID on my receipt is 713123 - hopefully management can have a conversation or move her into a non customer facing role. It’s unfortunate.

Meat here is much better than Safeway. Some things are a little more expensive than Safeway but when it's time for a higher quality steak like a Rib Eye or New York this is where I go (other than Pop's meat shop).

Received horrible customer service from someone who identified themselves as a Manager at 7:52 p.m. 6/29. I called and pressed the option for the meat counter.
The meat counter doesn't answer so it transfers me somewhere else. I ask this person to tell me what time the meat counter closes, she doesn't know and says I can transfer for you back there - my response of course is no I just want to know what time they close and they're not answering the phone (they might be closed is what my common sense says). Her response is that she doesn't know but she can transfer me back - why do I need you to do this?
After a back and forth, which is utterly ridiculous, I ask for a manager and this is the mind-blowing response from her: I am a manager - she should NEVER tell anyone this again if you don't know a simple answer for a VERY simple question about a department in YOUR store. She could've said "I am not sure let me find out for you" but no she insisted on arguing. Ridiculous.
I'm done with Raleys for a minute - this isn't a bargain store so coming here is a choice. There are a million other groceries in this vicinity at the same price point at the very least you could offer better customer service.
Oh and I found out what time the meat counter closed on my own - the website says 9 p.m. and this store doesn't abide by that, the meat counter man turned off the lights and left before 8:30 p.m.

This is a convenient store near my home. I've been shopping here for over 20 years. The prices are outrageous. Now they have "something extra" ....in order to get the lower prices you have to get the app and clip the coupons. It's ridiculous. They should be finding ways to make it easier for us to want to shop there, not something more time consuming and a hassle. No longer a fan. Will try to do majority of my shopping elsewhere.
