Dylan and his team, Darren and Jennifer, are The BEST at putting together ecart orders! They have made my life 100xs easier on the weekends while I run errands. They are professional, and their kindness goes a long way.

I love the store, but recently the deli section has been trash. Inattentive staff members, and they are always out of something. It’s a waste of time to go to this location. I now drive further out just to go to another location that has what I am looking for.

Bel Air in Laguna Creek is the oldest supermarket in the area. The store is clean and always has good inventory with excellent services. However, the store is showing the age. It is a supermarket that is at least behind two generations! It doesn't match the Bel Air / Raley’s image anymore. Shopping in this Bel Air seems like shopping in the past.

Just ran in to bel air to get a few things before the game. My coupon wasn’t working at all and Micheal over in self check out was on top of it. Quickly moved me to his register and took care of everything. Now that’s service! Thank you Micheal!

Love the Bel Air / Raley's stores. It's always a rustic look with a hometown feel. This Bel Air had a smaller cafe than others I've been to, but the store didn't disappoint. I went in and got my items on sale, which were cheaper than the Safeway right across the street. I also love Safeway as my dad worked his whole career as a Safeway employee, but when you are comparing prices, Bel Air won this time.

This is a great grocery store! I've always enjoyed shopping here, but today I experienced truly extraordinary service.
I had finished scanning my groceries at the self-service area only to discover I had left my wallet at home. I explained the situation to the store employee named Joshua who was handling the self-service area and he immediately recorded the transactions and secured my bag of groceries while I retrieved some cash from my car.
When I returned he simply scanned the printout he had saved making it a quick transaction.
Thanks Joshua for doing your job so well.
That's why I like this grocery store.

IT has my favorite yogurt ,fresh seasonings ,vegetables, liquid vitamins and variety of meat, even organic meat, great managers and services.??

Bel Air is a quality supermarket with nice staff and fresh food. I love shopping there versus other stores because although it is in a nice neighborhood, thieves are less likely to steal there, due to having security. Thank you, Bel Air.
