The store is nice. Just never do a pick up order from them. I didn't get alot of things I ordered and I ordered 2 peaches and 2 nectarines they gave me 3 lbs of each and charged me a fortune for them. Also bananas and tomotoes were all mushy and had to be thrown away, one of the tomatoes had mold on it. So now I have to go to the store anyway and it ended up costing me alot more. Very disappointing. They really need to do better I feel ripped off at this point.

This store socks. I came here to get cake for a birthday and there weren't even good options. There also wasn't anybody in the bakery which was very inconvenient.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Service Experience at Store #525, Operator #507515
Dear Customer Service Department,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience at your establishment, Store #525, on April 26, 2024, at approximately 12:58:16.
Upon my visit to the store, I encountered an issue with Operator #507515. While waiting in line to make a purchase, I observed that the scanning area, where items are processed for purchase, was noticeably wet. Subsequently, when it was my turn to pay for my items, the employee handling my transaction proceeded to use my French bread, specifically a Dutch crust variant, to wipe the wet surface of the scanning table. I expressed my discomfort with this action, informing the employee that such handling was unnecessary.
Furthermore, following the completion of my transaction, I was not provided with a receipt. Instead, the next customer in line had to retrieve it from the machine and hand it to me after tearing it off.
I find this level of service to be unacceptable and indicative of a lack of customer service proficiency on the part of Operator #507515. It is my belief that such behavior does not align with the standards expected of a cashier. Therefore, I respectfully request that appropriate action be taken, whether it involves counseling, reassignment to a different position, or further training, to address this issue and ensure a more satisfactory customer experience in the future.

Bel Air is one of my favorite supermarkets. This is one of the newer stores they have in Elk Grove. This Bel Air was opened fifteen years ago but still keeps up very well. The store still looks excellent and well-maintained. The quality of their grocery is the best, and the service is outstanding.

Goodmorning to whom it may concern i would like to thank bel air bakery manager Mrs lynessa at Belair store at watermanrd and elk grove blvd for stepping up for a mistake made on an order for my wife's 60 th birthday and made her a cake personally .she is an awesome person and great manager belair is blessed to have an employee as great asher thanks Belair for having employees like Mrs lynessa in your family .what an awesome experience i had .John

I have 2 toddlers who only drink a specific brand of milk and it has been a challenge for me to locate. However, this Belair location is always fully stocked! This Belair location is quieter than most in the area and I find the workers here most pleasant.

The store has really gone down hill. It was dirty and grimy at the self check outs - like the surfaces hadn't been sanitized or wiped down in days - very gross with died milk and smears all over everything. Not good when buying food! The floors are filthy. The shelves are not stocked well and half the items I went there for were completely gone (half and half). The produce didn't look very good. Can't tell if they just don't stock things well for fear they can't sell it since it's gotten so pricey or what. Just not a pleasant experience going in there anymore. Sad. I used to work for Bel Air years ago and that store would have never passed muster back then. I think the manager needs to put some work into the store.
