We often shop here. Either Bel Air or Raley's. I like Bel Air better. The food and set up seems better but hey it's up to you. They usually have most things I need. The prices are maybe higher than some lower end places but good quality. we shop here Costco and Trader Joe.s

These people are great. I picked up my holiday meal on Christmas Eve and forgot to tell the e-cart clerk I ordered extra items (totally my fault) and I drove off without them. When I called the store to ask for a refund, the manager (Matt? Tim? Barney? - sorry I don’t remember!!) called me back to ask if he could drive the items to my house for me. Seriously, who does this anymore? What an awesome thing to do! You guys rock!!!!

I've been filling prescriptions at Bel-Air Laguna for nearly 30 years. They've always been helpful, attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly. They call me when there are questions regarding prescriptions. They keep me updated if there are delays. They have met every need my whole family has had over these many years. They used to have longer hours, but since online services have surged this is obviously the effect. I appreciate having an in person pharmacy/pharmacist, who actually knows who I am & who can answer my questions & explain any new medications.

Always a good experience for me, haven't had any problems since I've been having my prescriptions filled here (over 5yrs now). Friendly, and helpful staff make it a pleasure to have my pharmacy needs tended to. If you create an online account, you'll have a couple of options to get your refill orders filled here. Once you set up an online account, you'll be able to receive text reminders that you can order from, or refill online. You can also use the Auto fill, which will refill your scripts, then send you either a text, voicemail or email once your order is ready. Curbside pickup is also available at this time.

A bit overpriced. What is irritating are the dudebros working there who told us they had a certain beer in stock-- even repeating it to confirm-- only for us to get there 2 mins later for them to tell us they don't carry it after all. What an enormous waste of time. Why would they even do that?

We’ve loved Belair & Raley’s forever. Shopped there since 1960s. However, lately the Laguna Blvd/Franklin Rd location has a really bad problems with baggers. We shop on weekdays in mornings, not busy times.

I Will never give another penny to any bel air or raleys. After this experience. I rented a. Rug doctor Saturday at 11 returned it same day at 6:01 customer service is closed. At this point no big deal just return it to the clerk at self checkout. He acted like I was interrupting his conversation with a fellow employee and told me customer care was open. Quick glance you can see it is clearly closed the plexiglass partition is down he lets out a sigh ..Yeaa ok I get it ,extra work no big deal. We walk over and he proceeds to tell me that He doesn't know how to do it still no big deal at this point he quickly disappears behind the back door and some lady promptly helps us out and we wrap that up. Well I have to get a birthday cake and the Room mate wants to grab a bottle of vodka we pay for it at the bakers she gives us the yellow sticker on the cap all fine. Roommate holds the bottle. Out in the open yellow raleys sticker very visible. well said clerk from self checkout the one who didn't want to do his job with the return of the rug doctor called theft prevention .we are sitting in the car and they come knocking on our window saying we stole the vodka And they have Elk Grove pd on the line, once I showed him the receipt I received no apology .. I get it they're doing there job.just were given bad information . I have never been so embarrassed in my life because lack of. Situation awarenes. But it gets Even better said cake we ordered &picked up on Sunday it was the wrong cake ,I had my sister pick it up with the receipt because I was too embarrassed and humiliated to go back in there ,we didn't realize the cake was wrong until we got to our destination and it was too late to drive back. Not only was customer service TRASH. I was accused of stealing and the cake was wrong .

In an effort to avoid the poor customer service that I have consistently received at the post office (USPS), I prefer to utilize the in-house USPS section (customer service desk) within Bel-Air and Raley's. Although the staff are employees of the store, they are usually well-versed in postal service-related information. In addition, their USPS section functions as a post office that can handle everything outside of shipping to foreign countries. My wife and I run a small online business, so we are usually frequenting the customer service desk in order to ship boxes or obtain flat rate boxes for shipping. Although I have never had an issue with store staff (non-customer service staff), I have had a negative encounter with one of the customer service employees. On this particular day, I was shipping a large amount of medium flat rate boxes. When I walked up to the counter the employee (unfortunately I cannot recall her name) greeted me and began scanning the prepaid shipping labels on my boxes. When she arrived at one particular box, she paused, looked at me, and told me in a rude tone that she could not accept the box. I asked why, and she went on to explain that the USPS mailman (or mailwoman) that picks the mail up from this location told them that they cannot accept a box if the sides of the box are protruding. However, I was once told by an employee at the actual post office, that as long as the box is secure you can use the flat rate box to ship anything that fits into the box. In this case, the item that I was shipping was securely placed into the box (I usually add additional tape to reinforce the box). I understand that people (employees) have bad days. I also understand that customers can be obnoxious and are not always nice. However, customers should not be caught up in the crossfire of an employee who is possibly having a bad day or maybe are unhappy with their job. Tone is everything, and the employee's message would have been received differently if she had used a kind tone towards me (and possibly other customers). Bel Air #516 customer service section...please step your game up!

My last couple of shopping trips I have been VERY disappointed with the "customer service, or lack of it ". One of the reasons I shop at Bel Air is the customer service and it's just not been there. After checking out my basket is full of grocery bags. They courtesy clerk bags my things and then disappears. One of the reasons I pay more at your store is because I know I'm going to have someone help me out with my cart to my car. Nope!! Not happening. My last visit I specifically asked for help out. Cashier half mumbles "courtesy". I stood and waited and waited and waited some more. No one came, so I ended up doing it myself. Not cool. If I wanted THAT service I can literally go across the street to Safeway and get it AND save money. I know prices tend to be higher at Bel Air but I also know I'm getting great service. Well, supposed to be anyways. I called their main office and confirmed if this service is still offered? They assured me it is. Well, I beg to differ. It's not offered. Perhaps it should be addressed!!
