Love Elk Grove, love Bel Air, people are friendly, and we have plenty. Especially during this critical crazy coronavirus period, no long line, no fighting for food, no price gauging, and everything is orderly and normally.

Just wanted to thank all the staff at Bel Air. It’s a rough time and I’m incredibly grateful you all are working so hard to keep the store stocked and our community with our needed items. So much gratitude for all of you.

During this Coronavirus time, I want to thank the employees for all their help throughout the store! They even had smiles on their faces and eager to help others. The store has always been extremely clean and I can see they are taking extra precautions for their staff and customers during this time. WAY TO GO BEL AIR!!!! ?

I've been coming here for years and the service always been ok but today I draw the line . I'm at the sandwich station to order some sandwiches and everything is going well until the Asian lady at bel air starts to put spread the mayonnaise on my bread with her fingers I'm looking at her with discussed and she's looking at me like everything's fine , I tell her that's unsanitary and I need her to make me another sandwich . She looks me at and saids why she's wearing new gloves! I'm done with y'all ! I rather go to Safeway!

It is a clean store that always has great stock. The produce and meat selection is wide and fresh. The employees are very kind and helpful.

This review is specifically for the deli. I went there on two occasions to their self-serve area and have seen rock chicken. Twice, two separate weeks. This should not be an issue that happens regularly. Also when noticing that the chicken was raw I brought it to the attention of a staff member who did not pour the rest of the chicken. She put the one piece I was looking at and left the rest for other shoppers. I then asked if I could just get pasta instead and was left to wait in a line of five people. I had been there before all of those people and left hungry because I only have So long on a lunch break and there was only one person manning the entire deli. Super frustrating and a waste of lunch break due to poor operation. I would say avoid this place at all costs.

This store has terrible eCART customer service. They constantly forget to include something in my order and don't tell me, or they take forever to bring the items out to the car. The whole point of eCART is convenience, but this store makes it worse because I have to go back to get the items that they forgot. Don't waste your time with this place.

This store is very close to my house so we frequent it quite a bit. Today, I wanted to buy the half pies that were on sale and unfortunately, there were no berry ones, which is what we wanted. I asked a young man in the bakery if there were anymore and he told me that none were baked that day. He then offered to cut a full berry pie and when I told him there were none on the shelves, he said that, AGAIN, none were baked that day. It was only 12:00 in the afternoon!!! He actually said if I came back the NEXT DAY, they would have some ready. I'm not going back tomorrow...I was hoping to have the berry pie today! I don't know who the person is who is in charge of the bakery area but, they need to go. When there's a sale on any item, the shelves should be filled and or ready to stock. This isn't the first time something like this happened at this particular store and I know there could be some issues that pop up, but I highly doubt this is what happened. I'd like to be able to depend on my local store for whatever it is we need. I'm not blaming the young man who I spoke with...he was very apologetic. The workers are only as good as their supervisors...and it appears this supervisor has checked out. Update...9/7/19: My son went back to see if the berry pie was available (the sale is still going on) and surprise, no berry pie. In the big scheme of things, really not a big deal, it's just annoying.

The service at this BelAir is not good compared to the BelAir / Raleys on the other side of town by Franklin Blvd. Certain employees here think they are better than the world and talk down to you like you are not good enough to shop at their store.

I've been patronizing this store ever since it first opened. In the beginning it was Good, but as the years have passed, like eberything in life, it got bad. Their produce is consistently of poor selection. Not once have I purchased apples and not have a few bad ones. They only mark down their fruits when they're rotten. Their steaks are of poor quality, less than choice! Consistently tough! The only consistent items are the pork and chicken. Oh and the personal shoppers, forget about it!!! I saw two employees toss in the produce into the carts and squeeze the tomatoes! They think it's a game!!! In addition, they leave the carts smack dab in the middle of a crowded aisle while they walk away to get items. Hello!!! Where is the common sense here? Do they think they're in Guy's Grocery where they have the entire store to themselves?!? There are customers shopping there too!!! That's some great training they received!!!

I bought some of the Chinese food at the store today. Cost me $7.50. The food was uneatable. I bought 2 vegetarian egg rolls and wanted to spit them out. But, I was in the store and couldn't. They tasted like meat grease and salt. The chicken chow mein was nasty; again, it tasted like meat grease. Who cooks for this place? When Raley's was on Franklin and Mack Roads, the Chinese food was very good. I wasted my money on this food and will never, ever buy Chinese food at this store again.
