“I received a very high quote from FedEx and decided to shop around. I found this company on Yelp and so glad I did. Their print shop is in Stockton (no brick and mortar in Sacramento/Elk Grove) but I was able to get a quote via phone by Joshua . To ensure my print job of 500 postcards was going to look accurate, he was able to print a sample, take photos of the sample and emailed to me before I gave him the okay to print. The turnaround time was next day and the quote was half the price of FedEx that had a turnaround time of 2-3 days! Since they aren't in Sacramento/Elk Grove, they told me the postcards would be ready to pick up at a location in Elk Grove which is in the large business building near the Hilton Garden Inn (near BJ's Restaurant) off the 99 freeway/Laguna. I didn't get a phone call to say it was ready, but when I arrived at the location, they were there. Quality product and great communication is what you need in a printing business and that is what On-Line Printing & Graphics provides.”
“Bakari was helpful and kind. His customer service went above and beyond. Bakari saw that I struggled to bring the box into the store and helped carry the box to the counter. He was so courteous. I told him I would always use his store for shipping, unlike the one down the street that was never friendly. UPS is lucky to have Bakari as an employee.”
“Great service! Just be aware of the passport photos. They're really hit or miss. My husband and I came in and took our photos and it was a nice and easy process. I liked that the girl let us look at the photos too and decide if we liked it or gave us the option to take another. The problem is when we went to our passport appointment at USPS, the photo was rejected and we had to take another one there. Luckily they guarantee a refund for rejected photos. The return policy was also quick and easy.”

“I have an oversized package that UPS needs to return to Amazon. After I print and attach the shipping label, I bring the package to this UPS store at the corner of Laguna Blvd and Franklin Blvd.
The location is very convenient for me. It is only a five-minute drive from my Home, so I was there almost precisely at 9 a.m. on Saturday morning when the store opened for business. The lady working behind the counter gave me a nice greeting and handled my drop-off immediately with a smile on her face all the time. I was in and out of the store in one minute. I have received excellent speedy service with a friendly and polite worker working in the store.”

“When my dad died, I researched UPS stores around Elk Grove because my sister and I wanted to ship some artwork (a painting and a framed piece with glass) to ourselves that were too large to carry back on the plane. Fortunately, I found Postal & Print Shoppe, which had the best reviews of anyone in the area. They were so friendly, the prices for custom boxing and shipping were incredibly reasonable, and 4-5 days later we got our packages, in perfect condition, across the country.
