I had an outstanding experience at Lakeside Pharmacy and feel compelled to share my gratitude. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was met with warmth and professionalism. The pharmacist, whose expertise was evident, went above and beyond to assist me.
Firstly, communication was effortless. The pharmacist actively listened to my concerns and questions, demonstrating genuine interest in resolving them. Their ability to explain complex matters in a clear and concise manner was truly impressive.
Moreover, I encountered an insurance issue during my visit. Despite the complexities involved, the pharmacist tackled the problem with grace and determination. They remained patient and diligent, even staying on the phone for an extended period to rectify the issue. Their commitment to ensuring my needs were met was exemplary.

This bread loaf is free from preservatives and tastes pretty amazing.”

He put their medications in push packs for morning and night to help them get the pills straight. He delivers and give out his personal cell phone... ALWAYS there the you need him! “We often shop here. Either Bel Air or Raley's. I like Bel Air better. The food and set up seems better but hey it's up to you. They usually have most things I need. The prices are maybe higher than some lower end places but good quality. we shop here Costco and Trader Joe.s”

“I'm here at Walgreens Photo to get a passport photo. Walgreens is one of the few stores with a passport photo service after Costco and Sam’s Club stopped the photo/picture printing services many years ago. The guys here are friendly, professional, and fast. The passport photo only took less than 10 minutes from start to finish.”
“The CVS in Elk Grove Blvd is better than most of the CVS stores in the Sacramento area. The store looks newer and has more inventory in the store. I don't see a lot of space on the shelves. Most of the household items are in stock. Supplements and over the counter medications are mostly available there. I got a parking very near the store entrance too!”
“This is my favorite CVS! The employees work hard to keep the store neat and clean but the main reason I enjoy shopping here is because of Reah and Kevin! They both have such great customer service skills, always such a pleasure to see them and very knowledgeable about the store.”

“I can only speak for the bakery and specifically the tres leches cake. The cake is a family favorite and we only buy if from Safeway. It’s also a good place to pick up flowers for events while picking up a cake. If there are staff in bakery, they are always gracious enough to write a message.”
“I shop at Walgreens regularly for various items. I use their customer rewards card when I shop. On many occasions I receive in store discounts at the register. And, typically coupons are printed out upon payment. Some I use and some I don't. On my recent visit, I received what I thought was a coupon for ten dollar cash towards my NEXT purchase of $10.00 or more. Since that coupon was due to expire on the 23rd of June my husband attempted to redeem it before the 23rd. Well, this is where the misunderstanding occurred. The coupon was actually for $10.00 towards rewards points if you spend $10 or more. In short, the $10 was applied to rewards points that could be used towards the next purchase, not redeemed for his current purchase. Needless to say I was not happy and the explanation of how the coupon actually worked seemed inconsistent with Walgreen's written coupon policy that I read online. I was totally confused. So, using their survey, I expressed my unhappiness. Their survey had a statement asking if I would to speak to someone about my concern and I stated yes, thinking I'd never hear from anyone. But, the next morning to my surprise I received a phone call from the store manager, Kathy. She introduced herself and asked me about my concern. She listened and thoroughly explained to me how Walgreen's coupon system worked. She also stated that customers are valued at Walgreens and that they really do look at survey comments. After our conversation I had a much better understanding of Walgreen's coupon system. Customer Service is a big issue with me and the manager's follow-up and patiently explaining Walgreen's coupon system relieved my frustration with Walgreens. Kudos to Kathy at the Laguna Franklin Walgreens! Here is one main tip if you receive a Walgreens Cash towards points coupon: 1. Ask the cashier WHEN can you redeem the coupon and HOW is it applied. If you are told that it is just like cash on your next purchase, this is not correct. Ask for the manager, or ask to see their written policy, it is supposed to be posted in the store.”

“6/20/2023 This was my go to Walmart before moving.. Every now and then I'll stop in because it opens an hour before the other one that is closest to the house.. Unfortunately, I forgot my eye drops and decided to get them here. Early hours means less customers.. Didn't realize the make up section was locked down and in a case.. My hometown Walmart only has the real expensive items in locked cases..”

“CVS has many stores in the Sacramento area. This one at the corner of Bradshaw Road and Calvine Road is one of the newer and better stores.
This CVS store has a big enough parking lot that I can always get a parking space near the main entrance. The store is very well-lit and spotless. Most items are in stock, and the cashier is fast at the checkout counter.”

We were on a mission for dvds as this is my son's hobby. Parking lot can get busy as the day goes on. Today, there were lots of handicap accessible spots”

“Today I brought my son in who had a fever for multiple days, but no other symptoms. We say Dr Tracy Iyamu-Sanusi. She was kind, personable and full of knowledge. All of our needs were met. My son ended up having an ear infection. Antibiotics were prescribed and I was able to pick up at the pharmacy. Check in was easy, we were the only people there! I can't say enough good things about the staff. The intake nurse was also wonderful. They treated us like humans and we felt loved and heard! They were warm and made my son have the best experience possible. I can't thank them enough. Will definitely use this facility again if need be.”

Staff here are very nice and helpful, I can never find my RX due to it being "out of stock" but this location is always able to fill my prescription it is a 30 minute drive for me as I live in Sacramento but so worth it and I will continue to use this pharmacy. “I found everything I was looking for and at a pretty decent price. The store layout is fairly easy to navigate and clean for an older building. Made me sad that I witnessed an employee's complete meltdown emotionally on the way out the door. Hope she recovers. Good overall experience tho.”
