There really needs to be a 6 star option for this place when it comes to service.Not only is this place conveniently located near my neighborhood, its employee service has to be some of the most stellar I’ve ever had the pleasure dealing with.I recently got my Rottweiler puppy and this business has made dog ownership way less stressful.The Cost ~ The convenience ~ The Variety of Quality Products ~ The great staffI can go on….but find out for yourself!!!! This is an excellent place for any pet owner.

A great little small business shop...informative on every animal needs, kitties in the store to admire and one's to adopt as well. They are supporters for the Elk Grove Animal Shelter...pay a visit and see for yourself ??

This is by far the BEST pet store in all of Sacramento County. It's locally owned and has 2 stores in Elk Grove. They go out of their way to make sure you and your pet get exactly what you need, and they provide the BEST service!

My kids and I love this store! The kids like to go in and visit the store cats (and the adoptable kittens) after karate class. The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They were very helpful when we decided to get our first reptile pet, our leopard gecko. This is one of our favorite stores to visit and I was so happy to see they even carry my cat's dry food brand. I was having to buy it online previously. Pets to Go is amazing!

I came here today to redeem the coupon that came with my cat's adoption papers expecting to only come home with a 2.5lb bag of catfood but Cheyenne(?) was extremely helpful and informative, getting me many other things that I was not aware of and they even offered to help me get all of it into my car!I will definitely be a regular here after such a great experience! Their staff is super!

Great concept for dog baths. I'm a tall gal with a small mixed poodle. This place has a bath station set up for you to bath your dog indoors! I've been to one out doors but it's cold now. $18 and they provide everything & clean up after you are done. They had an amazing blower that dried my dog quickly and effectively. I'll be returning especially for the blower, it cut my dog bathing time in half! I recommend this place.

Great pet store. We have 5 cats and 1 dog and feed them all Nutri-source as recommended by our vet and the EGAnimal shelter. This is one of the only suppliers in the area. We can always find what we need and we are always greeted and offered assistance right away. My hubs used to own a reptile store in San Jose and he says their reptile cages are clean and well- appropriated for reptile habitats.

I love Pets to Go!They have excellent service and great products. They will also special order products for your pet and not only price match, but they keep records of those price matches so you don't have to bring it up every time.They've even got a washroom in the back you can rent and bring your pet to clean. Word to the wise, don't bring 2 kittens and try to wash them at the same time. ?
