I love the convenience of having this petco in this location. Although this location is much smaller than the one on laguna blvd, I like the customer service here a lot more. My experience at the other location wasn't too great. When entering this store, you always get a greeting at the door. They are always quick and efficient at check out. This store is always clean and organized. They even have dog training available at this location. I always come here to pick up dog ice cream for my 3 boys. It's a little expensive but the heart wants what it wants. Haha! My boys deserve the best!

Was able to stock up for most of month, reasonable prices for what I was looking for and good variety.

The location is very convenient and every time I walk in purchase items for my pet, I am always greeted and thanked for my business when I check out.

We took our puppy Winston here to get his second round of shots and the entire team was SO helpful and kind! The employees here (special shoutout to Jaq and Sarah) were very knowledgeable and helped recommend some awesome things for our dog. I highly recommend getting your dog vaccinated here & browsing around after. I saw them helping another family find some stuff as well- it's so nice to see employees engaging with customers in such a helpful and supportive way. We will definitely be coming back for our final round of shots and look forward to seeing the team again :)

I took my cat Stelio in for an ear infection. The vet tech was younger. Super combative. She did not like the fact he was an outdoor cat. ( he's 12) . He's fixed. He's microchipped ( they didn't scan him nor did she ask me if he was microchipped and so she assumed he wasn't and reported that to the city now i need to fill that busy work out and send that into the city with his micro chip number ) . She was short and cut me off and was just snotty and rude. This was his 1st ever sickness in 11 years. And it was an ear infection. She scared me into all these tests . And all came back negative. He's just fine. Didn't need any of it. Just needed ear drops. Which I figured. My wife came in to ask why we got a paper from the city that was threatening us with a fine for 50 dollars a year for not having a microchipped and she was the one walking out and before my wife could even ask what the paper was she snottily goes " were closed " ( it was 2 min past. And she never met my wife before. So this is how you treat people I guess ?)Another lady who worked there came over and looked in his charts and said looked like no one scanned him. And also said in this city they require cats to be licensed like dogs. Which also. We were not aware. And the snotty young lady said. " ya all animals need licenses " and storms out . The nicer lady said. " this just passed 2 years ago. Not all cities do it "Well. We didn't know that.There isn't an excuse to treat people like garbage because they don't have their pet the way that YOU want them to. It's not YOUR pet. You don't know where they live. Or their pet. Or their living situation.This lady is a snot. She's rude. She had bad customer service. And is the uppity and the poster child of the millennial brat.Ty

Employees were friendly and took the time to ask if I needed help, which I did. I was looking for salmon dog food and treats for lab with strict diet which I originally thought was a bunch of nonsense. Everywhere we went always had everything but salmon so I was surprised they had so many different things in salmon as the employee lead me to all the items and even read the ingredients to make sure they didn't sneak in some meat fillers which 2 or 3 did so we crossed those off. Anyway plenty to choose from even freezer and fridge items.

Was there to buy a cat litter box for my new kitten from EG shelter. Was peer pressured into signing up for their stupid Vital care membership. Instantly my purchase went up $20 and i was annoyed but figured maybe ill use it or cancel it. I never used it. Was billed $21 for 3 months before i realized there is no option to cancel on the website. I had to call customer service to cancel. ITS A 12 MONTH COMMITMENT no one said that in the store. It was hard to cancel and i wasted a total of $60 or so over 3 months. I googled it and they often peer pressure people into this stupid membership.

The store had pretty much everything you need. I don't go here much though because i tend to get better deals elsewhere.

Had to get a cone for the dog I'm sitting and the girl in there super helpful, didn't even have to lift a finger , very helpful

I buy the 13lb bag of Orijen for my dog. I usually buy through the app and pick up at the store. They were out of that size so I had to buy a smaller size. The clerk was very helpful and tried to accommodate me.Everytime I have gone into this store the staff is very polite and ready to help.
