The employees here (special shoutout to Jaq and Sarah) were very knowledgeable and helped recommend some awesome things for our dog. I highly recommend getting your dog vaccinated here & browsing around after. I saw them helping another family find some stuff as well- it's so nice to see employees engaging with customers in such a helpful and supportive way. We will definitely be coming back for our final round of shots and look forward to seeing the team again :)

9105 Laguna Main St Suite 145, Elk GroveFrom the moment I called to ask questions about bringing my boy here, Morgan was so friendly, knowledgeable and personable & I knew after talking to her that we found our new groomer. She happened to have a cancellation the following day so I brought him in and she greeted us and made us both feel welcome. She observed my overgrown golden-doodle and told us exactly what she needed to do which included shaving his ears as he still has puppy fur along with growing adult fur and it was matted along with the top of his head. She put him on the table and got acquainted with him while I was filling out the paperwork and got to observe before leaving. We have gone to 2 other groomers and did not feel like they listened to what we wanted or our concerns like she did. She even gave us suggestions about his teeth and ears. The rates are very reasonable and I’m very happy I googled this place and called and didn’t go off the reviews as they are outdated and they didn’t have Morgan as their groomer. Thank you for going above and beyond. See you in 4 weeks! ?

And let me tell you her attitude didn't change -- was the same before and after. The only place I will ever take her is to see Judy at the Duckpond! VERY reasonable rates and the love and attention is as if the dog was hers. It may be a distance to drive there but it is totally worth it. I always had peace of mind that my pup was OK even without cameras like most places give you access to. Truly a 5 star (and then some) experience!

She had received no medical care following her previous veterinarian's retirement during the pandemic and my difficulty obtaining a new one due to the shortage of veterinarians accepting new patients during the past few years. We discussed Maggie's history of a chronic medical condition and her previous treatment, her current symptoms and her need to be brought up to date with her routine health care. Dr Chen listened carefully to everything I said, evaluated her needs and developed a treatment plan. I was impressed by his medical expertise and, most of all, by his ability to empathize. I feel I have a new partner in her care. Thank you Dr Chen!

I was worried because my cat is very anxious and difficult to take in, but this Vet and the staff made it as easy and comfortable as can be and treated her with care. They are also very upfront with costs and options. We will be back soon to have her teeth cleaned and inspected.

Our pets were frankly a nightmare while we were gone, the cat refused the litter box, the dog kept getting in the pantry and gave herself diarrhea. On top of that we had to keep changing our schedule and they rolled with all of it. They did a great job of keeping us informed while not stressing me out about my pets while I was on vacation. 10/10 highly recommend!

So, a few months ago we had ordered a half combo/ half Maui Wowie for pick up, when we got home we noticed the pineapples were missing. We called and the owner was apologetic and willing to remedy the issue, unfortunately it would have been a 20 min drive back, so we said it was fine and just wanted to let them know. But, the owner insisted on getting my name and number, so that next time he would make it right. Well when I went to pickup the pizza tonight the owner was assisting me and I ask him if he could make sure all the ingredients, especially the pineapples were there. I explained what had happened before and to my surprise he remembered and retrieved a note by the cash register with my name and number. He then proceeded to discount my order, I really appreciate that after 2 months he remembered and was still willing to honor the remedy to our issue. Not many places will do that for you. Fat Mike's will be my go to pizza place because the food is great and the business is very honest and willing to make accommodate their customers.

I love the owners of the Vineyard as well, and I can't say enough about the experience that I had both Friday and Saturday. The environment is so incredible, and super chill. Not only did I enjoy, some of their fabulous wine on Friday night, but I also enjoyed my meal from Riverside Clubhouse, made by Chip, of grilled cheese and tomato soup. I can't wait to come back next Friday for the music event.

The venue is beautiful, right off the freeway in Elk Grove. There’s plenty of shade, so it’s super comfortable even in the summer heat. The concert series is amazing. They have a variety of music, food trucks, boutique shopping, and even ice cream! They didn’t skimp on any details here; even their bathrooms are aesthetically pleasing and clean! You can bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages to the concert. Since it was my first time, we brought some food and chairs, but we noticed people even brought coolers and tables. Next time, I’ll be more prepared! The sparkling rose was amazing, and their special sangria was to die for! Despite living an hour away, they’ve definitely found a returning customer in me!

This Christmas, my husband, and adult children surprised me that they had, in fact, found us the perfect Frenchie (a blue female puppy) from Sactown Frenchies. I found out that they had done a ton of research to find the right breeder, and based on the many positive reviews, they were steered towards Sactown Frenchies --and I couldn’t be more pleased with that decision.I got to meet the breeders, Antuan and Stacey, the following day and was amazed at how well they lovingly dedicate themselves to their business. The quality and care of these pups are what we all should hope to find in a breeder! Not only did we have all of our questions answered, but the paperwork and medical records of our newest family member were also straightforward and meticulously kept. The swag bag of goodies on top of everything was a lovely gift to get our baby home and ready to transition into our family too.We are absolutely in love with our Tillie and cannot thank Antuan and Stacey for the attention and care they give to their pups in what clearly is not just a business but something they are obviously passionate about. I highly recommend Sactown Frenchies to anyone looking for the perfect French Bulldog to add to your family.

It's much better than the Sacramento SPCAs.. cleanliness inside for the dogs (the only side I went).. and they had a bin of treats for you to give to the dogs if they sit nicely. (Directions posted) I like how they provide the details about the dogs and what they like to do, a good detail for us to gain an insight. It's sad to see so many of them there but they had more different breeds than the other shelters as well.
