The employees here (special shoutout to Jaq and Sarah) were very knowledgeable and helped recommend some awesome things for our dog. I highly recommend getting your dog vaccinated here & browsing around after. I saw them helping another family find some stuff as well- it's so nice to see employees engaging with customers in such a helpful and supportive way. We will definitely be coming back for our final round of shots and look forward to seeing the team again :)

Although this location is much smaller than the one on laguna blvd, I like the customer service here a lot more. My experience at the other location wasn't too great. When entering this store, you always get a greeting at the door. They are always quick and efficient at check out. This store is always clean and organized. They even have dog training available at this location. I always come here to pick up dog ice cream for my 3 boys. It's a little expensive but the heart wants what it wants. Haha! My boys deserve the best!

And let me tell you her attitude didn't change -- was the same before and after. The only place I will ever take her is to see Judy at the Duckpond! VERY reasonable rates and the love and attention is as if the dog was hers. It may be a distance to drive there but it is totally worth it. I always had peace of mind that my pup was OK even without cameras like most places give you access to. Truly a 5 star (and then some) experience!

9105 Laguna Main St Suite 145, Elk GroveFrom the moment I called to ask questions about bringing my boy here, Morgan was so friendly, knowledgeable and personable & I knew after talking to her that we found our new groomer. She happened to have a cancellation the following day so I brought him in and she greeted us and made us both feel welcome. She observed my overgrown golden-doodle and told us exactly what she needed to do which included shaving his ears as he still has puppy fur along with growing adult fur and it was matted along with the top of his head. She put him on the table and got acquainted with him while I was filling out the paperwork and got to observe before leaving. We have gone to 2 other groomers and did not feel like they listened to what we wanted or our concerns like she did. She even gave us suggestions about his teeth and ears. The rates are very reasonable and I’m very happy I googled this place and called and didn’t go off the reviews as they are outdated and they didn’t have Morgan as their groomer. Thank you for going above and beyond. See you in 4 weeks! ?

She had received no medical care following her previous veterinarian's retirement during the pandemic and my difficulty obtaining a new one due to the shortage of veterinarians accepting new patients during the past few years. We discussed Maggie's history of a chronic medical condition and her previous treatment, her current symptoms and her need to be brought up to date with her routine health care. Dr Chen listened carefully to everything I said, evaluated her needs and developed a treatment plan. I was impressed by his medical expertise and, most of all, by his ability to empathize. I feel I have a new partner in her care. Thank you Dr Chen!

Our pets were frankly a nightmare while we were gone, the cat refused the litter box, the dog kept getting in the pantry and gave herself diarrhea. On top of that we had to keep changing our schedule and they rolled with all of it. He's in such high demand that he only walks dogs in Laguna West. He was SO prompt in his reply and professional. When my dog and I met him for our complimentary meet and greet a few days later, he was very polite, gentle, and calm with my dog as she is usually friendly but anxious-shy with anyone new right off the bat. He spends a full 30min with your dog during the walk rain or shine, and he charges the lowest rates I've seen with all the dog walkers in the area. He doesn't ask for much because he does it genuinely to help out us humans. He is very prompt with communication, easy to reach via phone and has demonstrated trustworthy qualities from the start.Support your local dog walker. I love that all of his earnings go towards him and not some nebulous company, and I always try to tip. I definitely recommend him for anyone with dogs needing walking or running. He didn't have to run my dog, but he so graciously did. Eric also sent me pics of my pup while I was at work and that gave me total peace of mind. Not only did I enjoy, some of their fabulous wine on Friday night, but I also enjoyed my meal from Riverside Clubhouse, made by Chip, of grilled cheese and tomato soup. I can't wait to come back next Friday for the music event.

This "Dutchies" location has exactly one drawback, navigating the ingress/egress of access. Where are these cones going? Can you turn in off El Camino, can you not? LOL.
Despite being located immediately across from El Camino High School with heavy traffic intermittently throughout the day and students bombarding the staff regularly in large groups, staff are fast and efficient, upbeat and busting with cheerful, perky, customer service forward attitudes. Occasionally, they'll have the music flowing, BUT it's at a tolerable volume. Other locations, Woodland, for example, crank up the volume on the exterior facility music so loudly, you can't hear others inside your own vehicle speak to you even with your windows up. I like loud music but that's ridiculous.
At this location, the staff ALWAYS get my order correct, always offer "sip stoppers" to prevent spilling, offer carry trays when appropriate, and ask me, "How's your day going?"
All in all, you get great fresh coffee delights served with a friendly smile at a decent price quickly. That's how it's supposed to be.

There are many yogurt selections and an abundance of toppings to choose from, like syrups, popping boba, fruit, etc. My favorite flavors are Euro tart and New York cheesecake. They also offer Gunther's ice cream and fruit freezes which is great so you don't have to drive to the original location. There is ample parking and seating inside and outside.

9150 Union Park Way, Elk GroveThis was a clean shelter. I liked how organize this place was. It's much better than the Sacramento SPCAs.. cleanliness inside for the dogs (the only side I went).. and they had a bin of treats for you to give to the dogs if they sit nicely. (Directions posted) I like how they provide the details about the dogs and what they like to do, a good detail for us to gain an insight. It's sad to see so many of them there but they had more different breeds than the other shelters as well.
