A big shout out to Peter the manager of O'Reillys, I came in to buy some oil for my daughter's car. I put in 2 quarts and I ran back in the store to grab one more, and he said "please let me check your oil just to make sure". Thank goodness he did because I would've put too much oil in, every time I go in there I'm amazed by their customer service they are outstanding they are a 10 out of 10. I also wanted to include Amanda in this post for being so helpful and making sure I was using the correct oil!!

I came into O'Reilly today because my battery died that morning and after getting it jumped, I came to this location. I wanted to figure out if it was the battery or the alternator and called in and ask. They said they could help me. Out of instinct, I just drove and actually pulled up to the Autozone down the street lol But I figured since I was already there and didn't want to get stuck or have my battery just die, they could help me. The Autozone associate was young and checked my battery, citing it as a "good battery", he checked it twice. He did mention he might have checked it wrong....??? I asked if they were able to check the alternator, the manager at Autozone recommended that I go over to O'reilly down the street since they have a machine to check the alternator, so that's what I did. I got to O'reilly and the manager remembered speaking to me on the phone earlier. He helped me right away. He then checked both battery and alternator for Free (one of their complimentary services). Turned out the battery was bad and the alternator was still good, which was surprising. All associates were friendly, attentive, and professional. They were able to change the battery for me and thankfully so because I'm 9 months pregnant lol and those batteries are heavy. I normally always go to Autozone because there were so many of them close by to us growing up, but after coming to this O'reilly location with such a great experience, I feel more comfortable and assured to come here the next time I need something. I didn't get their name, ( I think it was Peter and Rudy) but the guys that worked the morning shift on 01-22-2024, thank you so much for helping me. It really turned my morning around.

Peter is the Manager at this Location. I have come to this store several times and both times Peter exceeding my expectations with his Excellent Customer Service and willingness to help. He greets everyone entering and no matter what questions you have he is always able and willing to answer and help you understand what you are purchasing for you car. Being female it can be very intimidating going into an auto parts store so this is awesome to have someone that is looking out for your best interest. I would recommend coming to this store because Peter is trustworthy and the Best at helping people like me who don't not know anything about cars.

If i can give -0 star i would have given it. Staff description long hair male or female i dont know which gender he or she is but management should take strict discplinary action against he/she. Harrassing customers at the shop. I never had such a bad customer service at autozone.Thats why there is no customers present at store while i was shopping. Who would want get harrassed. 1 staff had to stop him as if he was come to throw a fight at customers. Management should do a drug test on him as if he was on something.

I recently visited the auto parts store, and this is my go-to store.I found the shocks I needed for my car, and they had a good selection.I also picked up oil, an oil filter, and some other maintenance items, and everything was right there on the shelves.The customer service was excellent. The staff knew their stuff and helped me find what I needed with no hassle.The prices were fair and competitive, so no surprises at the checkout.Plus, I was in and out quickly, which is always a bonus.Overall, it's a great spot for car parts and friendly service. ??

My cars ac needed to be refilled because it is way to hot to be riding around with my ac blowing hot air. So I went inside to buy some ac refrigerator and the guy ayush was able to help me! I really appreciate his help so much he filled it up for me and it worked so well!!! I recommend this O'Reily these guys are great and very helpful. ((:

Did not catch a name during my visit, oops... Went here recently to purchase a double pack of front bulbs to replace the headlights in our SUV. What I did appreciate during this visit is that the rep asked questions such as, do I want more brightness or a yellow tint, and when asked, mentioned that the company offers a military discount. Needless to say, left satisfied.

The rear view mirror had fallen off of the windshield again, so I stopped in to pick up the glue and cleaning add to be able to re-glue the mounting tab to the windshield. When I entered the store I told the clerk what I needed, within 30 seconds he was handing me the repair packet consisting of a few drops of glue and and a cleaning/activation towelet. 30 seconds later after paying with plastic I was walking out the door, it's a very efficient place. My truck is a 96 model year Ford F150 4x4 that I bought new (built FORD tough). Yes, I've had to do this 3 previous times. It's Too bad Ford doesn't make glue.

Unfortunately I didn't get his name but the Filipino employee that is always there is the most helpful and friendly individual there he deserves a giant raiseHe helped me replace my exhaust hanger then helped three more customers and answered the phone in the span of like 5 mins. He's by far there best employee.

On Friday, 10/21, I had a great experience!!! The salesperson was amazingly helpful getting me hooked up with car wax, towels, and other car cleaning products!! Awesome!!
