I love this auto part shop. The customer service is impeccable. The workers have helped me price match and let me use my warranty even when it was expired by 25 days. It demonstrates that they're not money hungry, rather care about their customers. This is my sole auto part store!

This location is a solid O'Reillys. Could be a little bit cleaner but the selection was very good, organized and decently laid out. Staff here were super nice and equally friendly as many other O'Reillys I've been to, they even took us in the back to show us a bunch of frogs that were accidentally getting into their receiving area from the creek, after we were jokingly discussing it. They even named a couple of the frogs and were taking care not to step on or otherwise harm them.

Jacob Liebig takes his job seriously and does a fantastic job. My battery died on my BMW and it is not your normal battery replacement. Jacob was willing to come out in the 100 degree heat and replace it and I was on my way in about 10 minutes. He is polite, and didn’t even make fun of me for not knowing how to do it myself. This location made the night choice hiring a good guy who knows how to work on any car.

This store and its staff are nothing short of perfection. When you look up the definition of “outstanding customer service” the first 3 things to pop up are Roy, Marcus, and John from the Elk Grove oreillys. Them along with all the other staff go above and beyond their job duties to make every experience great. I specifically go out of my way to stop by this location because of them. Always extremely knowledgeable, polite, and just good people to talk to, someone get these guys a raise!

I've been coming here for years and everyone and everyone has always helped me. I got off work this morning exhausted went over there and the young man went ahead and put both of my license plates on plus my stickers on my new car.. This place is a blessing in disguise and it always has been. If you don't go here you need too. Customer service is always at its best and trust me I've been doing hair for 43 years I know about customer service
