Nikki Chapman is an AMAZING realtor. She is passionate, dedicated, persistent, and caring. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients feel comfortable throughout the entire process and she is always reachable. 8am or 8pm, she’s only a quick text/call away. It’s obvious that she refuses to accept anything less than exceptional service for her clients. Do yourself a favor and chat with her about your goals. She won’t pressure you to buy and won’t give you the “salesman” vibe.

Nikki is AMAZING at her job. She goes out of her way to help you get the best deal and knows her stuff. She has helped us buy two homes and sell a home as well. I was nervous and iffy and she was so sweet and understanding and was always available to answer all of our questions. Dont hesitate to call her she is DEFINITELY one of the best out there.
