Got into a rear end accident. The other party's insurance Progressive was giving me a hard time getting my rear bumper and trunk repaired and after almost 2 months of me initiating calls for the repair with their adjustor named Sadie D, I finally decided to bring the car to Moto's instead of their recommended shop that want me to bring the car after another several weeks and forced Progressive to send someone to inspect it and give approval to the estimate. I expected my car to be at the shop for another 2-3 weeks since that was what Progressive's body shop said. So imagine my surprise when they called me that the car is ready in just less than a week. I had to leave it for another day as I noticed the trunk is not closing right. Nelson got it fixed. Paint job was great. He even repaired a yellowing paint on one of the doors...NO CHARGE! And to top it off, he had my car fully detailed so it was clean in and out. My car looks great!Now that is a great service I will go back to and recommend to my friends about.Thanks, Nelson!Service: Body & Trim

Bottom line, I went in to get an estimate from On The Spot RV Repair on a rather small and simple fiberglass repair on my coach. I took in a dozen scaled photos from all angles and got an estimate for over $3,000! I felt it was greatly bloated because I had a high end coach and they thought I would just pay it, wrong! I went to another place not far from them that specialized in large RV, truck and bus body work. They were very professional and had a great shop with giant paint booth, called MOTO Body &Paint. The owner, Nelson Moto, said he would even come over to my RV built on my property so he could look closer at the repair. He looked over the repair and gave me a quote of $1,000!!! I took my coach over the next morning! In 3 days it was done and it was perfect! Beautiful job and color match! Highly recommended! I was so happy with the price and quality, I left a $400 tip!! Never go with the first estimate, shop around for quality AND a fair price!
