I don't recommend coming to this center for business services. Choose another location if at all possible. I scheduled my business appt over a week in advance online and when I arrived for my appt. they were not able to see us. This was a big inconvenience for us because my partner and I left work early for our scheduled appt. I received an email reminder the day before and also received a reminder call on the day of. I did not cancel the appt online or on the website. I was not able to call back because I was working when they called. It is difficult for me to request or leave work early and that was why I scheduled an appt. I will not go back to this location and hopefully do not have the same issue at another location.

This branch never has any business windows open even though they advertise they do - found out today that the night drop is now closed permanently - Bank of America does not care about businesses or value their customers. So being a business owner I have to stand in the main line which is ALWAYS long and ALWAYS one teller working - the bank manager just stands around and chats with the female workers, two or three of them always talking and not taking any customers in the line - I have been dreading changing banks due to the hassle of changing a business relationship but Bank of America and this branch in particularly is the worst - do Better Bank of America - not sure what you stand for anymore but it is not for me or my business

This is the worst bank ever! Don't waste your time or trust them with your money! They all walk around like it's a big joke! They only have one teller working the window not matter how busy it is or how many people they have working! I deposited a check on Friday because I thought it made more since to bring it into the branch. Mysteriously my check disappeared and not I have to wait another 48 hours to see anything in my account!!! Are you serious. This is by one of the worst Bank of America Branches!! I can't picture them getting any worse. Anyways I will most likely be switching all of my business banking over to another bank because I can no longer trust this Finical institution! Hopefully I save someone else the headache by avoiding doing business with this place!

Don't not bank with this location! Full of scammers! I've already filed a complaint with corporate! They told me the credit card I got in the mail wasn't found in their system and said that I need to apply for a new one with them. Turns out I applied for the same credit card twice. They must get credit or bonuses for opening new accounts!

Shittiest bank in Elk Grove. It's normal for the line for inside banking to be out the door. Usually only 1 or 2 tellers. Tellers are friendly but slow and want to talk all damn day instead of just getting the transactions done and moving people along. Hello, you must be blind and can't see the damn line out the door! Management quit being cheap and hire some more tellers. Don't bank at Bank of America. Golden 1 is better.

This remains the worst bank I've ever done business with. I switched to another location months ago due to this branch's absolutely abysmal customer service. It is chronically understaffed and the lines are always unreasonably long. Probably the worst part is their management knows and doesn't care. The person who appears to be the branch manager does nothing but walk around and smile. The line could be out the door, but Heaven forbid he would step up and help a customer. Whatever you do, avoid this location.

Ask to talk to Jaimie/himie The big dog and see if they will give you his number and if not go to another branch and get the number I did and not sure if he gives a rats axe but at least if enough people call something might be done about this terrible excuse for a financial institution

I don't know how or why they decided to close 4 out of 5 banks in Elk Grove temporarily because of COVID. I don't know why they thought people will go to bank less because of COVID. Now there's 20 people lining up at the only bank that's open in 20 mile range.

The bank is having issues. Over the last few weeks the ATMs do not allow withdrawals. There have been times I go to several branches in Lodi and Stockton and I am not able to get cash!. This better get fixed or I will simply go to another bank!

We have been clients for 30+ years... Walked in with my husband to have a document notarized for the purchase of a home. I personally witnessed one teller take our paperwork and talk to the Banker/Notary and then they both walked over to where we were standing. The Banker/Notary said they don't do this type of document. I told her that I saw she didn't even read it! She replied,"We don't have to notarize something if we don't feel comfortable doing it." I told her this is my husband, he is asking for me to sign the papers on a house because he can't leave to do it himself because he is an "essential worker" and can't travel. She repeated that she didn't have to notarize if she didn't feel comfortable. Well, I don't feel comfortable having my money in this bank. I am furious. Went to Mailbox - had the documents notarized - Bank of America is a royal pain!

As a 30 yr veteran of law enforcement and as a current watch commander/ Lt. at a federal facility I had to go to the inside of BofA today 5.20.20 at the EG Blvd branch. Ok, this social distancing thing and face mask thing has gone long enough. Not to mention watching law enforcement agencies go and physically arrest people for a health violation, the whole 4th, 8th,10th, 14th amendments come to mind here plus I have lived through enough pandemics already. But there I stood in line 6' apart until I was inside where there were red stickers on the floor marking 6' between customers. I was checking a message on my phone and was not standing right on the 2' red dot placed on the floor every 6'. The security guard working at the door then yelled at me, and since I did not respond because I did not know who he was talking to, he came over and told me I need to stand on the red mark on the floor. Really? I was still more or less 6' apart. And they allowed other customers in the bank not wearing face masks but I did not see the guard enforcing that. Plus the bank had disabled the outside walk-up ATMs so people could not bunch up. I think this has gone far enough. If you are going to employ "trained" security guards then you really need to "train" them in how to deal with customers who do not follow the rules, and if you are going to enforce the rules on 6' apart then you should also be enforcing that everyone wears a mask as well. Glad I do not need to go in a branch that often,I'm told old to be treated like a child.
