“Came here on a Monday night after work. I walked In with 5 people in que, it went pretty past. I think I waited like 15-20 mins or so. Timmy helped me. So I have First net and apparently I have the old version, which is 4g and the new one is 5g so when it came to purchasing my new iphone it was giving Timmy some trouble. So what should have been like 10 mins took like over half an hour. But out of his control and he was super nice about it and kept me informed the entire way. So eventually I gave up and told Timmy I would come back the next day. Aka today. And he was able to fix the issue or whatever it was! It worked. Thanks Timmy for your help with me upgrading my phone and being so nice and having great customer service.”
