I was so excited that I was able to take advantage of my 40% off coupon plus my $5 all in one transaction. The cashier was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to ring up the transaction. The onsite manager was able to find a box to secure the glass frame I purchased. I was completely satisfied with my experience at the Elk Grove Michaels on Laguna Blvd.

Was able to make a return super easy here! The person at the register made it so easy for me to return an item and get a different item and just pay the difference. I am knocking them off two stars because I don't appreciate two of the workers who were stocking cursing in front of kids, one you are working so be professional and two there were kids around that is not okay.

I used to shop here often to get art pens and large sketchpads, but I've long switched to digital art. I don't know what happened but this location went downhill. Customer service isn't what it used to be and ordering online for this store location is a pain. The only good part of coming here is getting decorations for Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Ordered a simple item for curbside pickup. Got the notification quickly, which was good, so I arrived and used the app to indicate I arrived. 20 minutes later, nothing. No one even came out to check on the order I was waiting for. So I go in, and the store is not busy, which would have been an excuse. The cashier doesn't even look up at me. I find someone to ask, and she is able to help me right away, walking over to the bins for the curbside pickup. She was nice and friendly, but someone fell asleep at the wheel with the curbside part, so I will likely not come back here, as it is out of my way.

Found everything on my list, had a terrific sale on canvases, and got them for 70% off. Too bad I didn't stock up. When I went back, I only got the 20% . Associates grabbed ladders and helped pull them down from high storage areas and walked me to the car.

Disappointed! I was unable to use my 40% off one regular price item coupon because the coupon with the barcode would not pop up on my phone. It's not my fault their internet connection is slow and horrible. They should of honored the coupon on my phone.

I've had items framed here in years past. They've never been cheap, but they did pretty nice work. This time, I came in and got the most unhelpful employee ever. He acted like I was putting him out by making him end whatever phone call he was on. When he came out from the back, I showed him an example of what I wanted to do. Instead of trying to learn more about what I wanted, all he talked about was what they couldn't do. When I asked for an estimate of something they could do, he said there was no way to even give me a ballpark figure. He couldn't have look more disinterested. Guess what, if that's how you treat your customers, I am never coming back.

The Michaels in Laguna Creek is one of the busiest Michaels in the Sacramento area. I think this is one of the reasons some items are hard to find in this store. I have shopped at many Michaels in the area. When I shop in the other Michaels, I can take my time and enjoy checking out the items they are carrying. But when I'm shopping in this store. I want to walk in, get what I want, pay for the things that I need, and get out of the store as soon as I can. This store is a little too crowded for me most of the time! The parking lot is enormous. However, it is shared with Target and many stores in one of the busiest shopping centers in Elk Grove. Parking is a little harder to find, especially at the weekend or on a weekday evening! The good things are the area is safe, and the parking lot is clean.
