The T Mobile in Delta Shores Sacramento has very poor customer service. I called before going to the store about an IPhone replacement the rep tells me to come on in they'd help me exchange my phone. I get to the store and was given totally different information about replacing my iPhone. Plus I felt rushed by the rep. Seems their employees don't know much about the policies of their providers Apple and Samsung. Needless to say T-Mobile service is not that great in certain areas and cities.

Every time I come in. Lory always helps me with up to date services and she is very friendly and helpful. Service is better here than other location.

Worst customer service EVER! I went in yesterday during my lunch break and despite 3 employees(4 by the time I left) being in the store I did not receive any service until one customer that was being helped was done. When it was my turn the girl could not seem to stay focused and kept having side conversations and yelling a greeting to the front of the store when anyone walked in. I gave her my account information (which she wrote down on a post it, but still asked me for later) and explained that I was on a plan with my parents as the main line and that I wanted to increase just MY data. She kept trying to push me in to a 4th line which I did not need and quoted me an outrageous price. I was polite and said no thank you and I would have to think about it and left. Due to the place being so sketchy and her inability to stay focused I decided to check online and what do you know. SHE TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO CHANGE MY PHONE PLAN WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I called this morning and got what I wanted without a change in price from a very nice phone representative. I would never go here again and if you have I would double check your account right after.

"Moe" was the young man who helped me and did everything and beyond to make sure I had what I was looking for and also helped me out with my other phone functions. I can be a huge pain but he still didn't kick me out until i knew what to do. Amazing and awesome young man. Great asset to the work force!! Thanks again Moe.

I took a friend here who needed help with her bill they fix the problem right away, and was actually able to lower her bill. haven't had any problems since
