The customer rep Jocelyn was wonderful helped me find the right phone in my budget without trying to sell me a pricer phoneand took the time too transfer my info to new phone other metro store would not do.A hidden store with good service.

Best customer Service i have ever had . I have heard so many stories of metro having bad servives which kept me from going but today i decided to give them a chance and boy was I impressed.. i think hes the office manager not sure but Tony was great very professional . Definitely be going back.!!

We are on to you, my husband went in trying to pay in cash twice, after two days. You made up some stupid excuse that you still can't take cash, if you can take credit you can take cash. Me and my husband will never go paper cashless. If this isn't fixed mycnext month, we will find another cell phone provider. Or stop lieing to your customers and tell us your going cashless. I'm not paying online again, FIX IT OR GOODBYE. My husband and I hate liars.

The short bald dude that sold me my phone lied to me telling me I needed a certain charger for the phone and basically u paid 40 extra for sum I didn't need,location is dirty and that worker is a lying bum

Our customer service agent, Marianna was excellent she was extremely professional and very efficient in porting our phone service over from AT&T. She was very kind and we are sooo happy about the switch. Thank you ?? Marianna.

Terrible service! Came there on New Year's Day around 12pm and the lady working there completely wasted my time! Bought a phone from Best Buy and came there to get it activated and she tells me the phone doesn't work and told me to bring it back to Best Buy. I bring it back to Best Buy and they tell me it does work and one of the associates even puts his metro pcs SIM card to show me that the phone works perfectly. I then go to different metro pcs and got the phone activated in ten minutes. She obviously either doesn't know how to do her job or doesn't care! Either way she needs to be trained or fired! Never going back there again!
