I purchased my 2019 Infiniti QX60 7/2023. A month after my purchase my O2 sensor had to be replaced, which was a $700 out of pocket expense until I spoke to the manager Kent and made a complaint for reimbursement. My brakes were also extremely squeaking a month after my purchase and due to Nissans recommendation for Nissan branded brake pads to be placed on the vehicle, Maita then decided to replace the brake pads at no cost. Fast forward to 7/2024, my car started making a extremely loud ticking noise, I had my vehicle towed to Nissan on 7/8 and was informed 1-2 weeks later that the extended warranty company would not cover the engine repair, due to pre existing condition. Meaning I inherited the vehicle with gunk in the engine valves. I then contacted Maita and informed Kent that I was sold the vehicle in this condition as well as the extended warranty companies findings. Kent and Armando at Maita stated that authorization was given to Nissan to order a used 80K engine for replacement at no expense to me. Believe it or not I have been without my vehicle since 7/8/2024 and today is 8/24/2024. I had to go into Maita after 4 weeks of being without any vehicle in order to demand them to put me into a rental vehicle at their expense due to my inconvenience. I missed several medical appointments due to this repair. It is a nightmare trying to reach out to any of these individuals, When I went into the dealership and spoke to Vincent in the service department about getting a rental for the inconvenience of being without transportation for 4 weeks, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was extremely quick to say the dealership would not cover the rental and that no rentals were available at Hertz or Enterprise. Vincent never once apologized for my transportation inconvenience or for having to miss 9 medical appointments. I had to speak with Kent in order for Vincent to call Hertz to hold a small Kia suv which supposedly was the only rental available. Vincent is the contact for the rental, however he has never returned any of my calls nor followed up with me regarding the rental extension. He needs to be mindful that the customers pay his salary and not the other way around. Armando and Kent are piss poor at following up with me via email or phone in regards to the progress of this repair. I will be reaching out to the BBB in regards to the overall horrible experience. I do believe I was sold a lemon. This dealership has countlessly tried to place the blame of the repair delay on one service rep at Nissan, which I quickly informed them was nonsense. This dealership should take back this vehicle and remove me from all financial responsibility because this is extremely unacceptable and unsatisfactory. I would like to add that Nissan’s thorough inspection, stated the controllers for suspension on my vehicle were in critical need of repair. The extended warranty honored that repair with a deductible due, Nissan informed me that Maita has also agreed to cover that expense. I will never give this incompetent dealership another cent of my hard earned money. I don’t feel safe, confident or comfortable with keeping this vehicle once the repairs are complete. What else can go wrong or be wrong with this vehicle I was sold.

Very bad customer service,took truck in for oil change, ended up costing me over 1300.00 for something that they broke. Then was dismissed. Definitely. We'll be going to the bar association for automotive.Taken to file a complaint

Good Job!
Thanks for replacing my ten year old remote when those darn buttons fell off! I am a senior and need the remote to close the doors when I forget.
They were able to rekey and program a replacement.
And How about that women advisor she is a great help and knowledgeable

Bought a 2019 chevy traverse and now it doesn't work at all I have it parked in my house unable to get it fixed since dealership won't fix it due to not having the electrical warranty I'm so upset now moving forward with legal actions. Went in today to get copies of my sales contract and the lady helping us wasn't professional at all didn't know how to explain anything from the contract. So I just got my copies said thank you and stepped out. I've emailed management and sales rep and no one ever replies back. GIVING YOU ALL A HEADS UP BEFORE YOU MAKE A MISTAJE IN PURCHASING A VEHICLE HERE!

Angus helped us through the process of getting the car I wanted. Came in twice because he followed up with me after the first time but didn't hound me. Had my future car ready when I came in on short notice. Great customer service on his part.

Absolutely the worst experience ever at dealership. Have had a warranty problem 3 times and now Chevrolet has a fix for the problem but wants 800 to fix it. Maita would not help with the warranty. Would not ever recommend buying a Chevrolet pickup or taking anything to Maita for repairs or service. Have bought a Ford now who warranties everything

It was very quick and easy. I loved our salesman Alejandro Herrera. Very sweet and kind. Knowledgeable and what he wasn't sure of, he found out. He did everything I asked, and I'm a hard sell. He was quick with getting the SUV we came to look at. I had made an appointment with another salesman but he didn't show up so I'm glad we got who we did.
