Not only do they offer great customer service, they know their services and products. Even if there is a line, I still feel like I get in and out of there in a timely manner! I have used their services to ship packages, send mail, buy stamps, and more. When I need something printed, you just email them the document and they print it right out! So easy!”

I told him I would always use his store for shipping, unlike the one down the street that was never friendly. UPS is lucky to have Bakari as an employee.”

“I have an oversized package that UPS needs to return to Amazon. After I print and attach the shipping label, I bring the package to this UPS store at the corner of Laguna Blvd and Franklin Blvd.
The location is very convenient for me. It is only a five-minute drive from my Home, so I was there almost precisely at 9 a.m. on Saturday morning when the store opened for business. The lady working behind the counter gave me a nice greeting and handled my drop-off immediately with a smile on her face all the time. I was in and out of the store in one minute. I have received excellent speedy service with a friendly and polite worker working in the store.”

“When my dad died, I researched UPS stores around Elk Grove because my sister and I wanted to ship some artwork (a painting and a framed piece with glass) to ourselves that were too large to carry back on the plane. Fortunately, I found Postal & Print Shoppe, which had the best reviews of anyone in the area. They were so friendly, the prices for custom boxing and shipping were incredibly reasonable, and 4-5 days later we got our packages, in perfect condition, across the country.
