How smooth the sale of my house went with the help of LuAnn and her team. LuAnn was in every way an experienced agent that knows what we wanted and how to go about it. Tips on how to present the house to overcoming obstacles that may interfere with the sale. Her and her team where very transparent from the time we met them till the time we sadly had to say goodbye. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone trying to sell their property.

LuAnn got the job done that others couldn't finish... I just sold my home in Rancho Cordova, CA in May 2024 and had the pleasure to work with LuAnn. I listed my home in January 2024 with another agent who I worked with to buy the same home in hopes of selling it before my wedding in April 2024 and my expected due date in July 2024. However, the agent I was working with was going through personal issues and was unable to give 100% of his time and energy on selling my home so he had his partner help. We had an offer that backed out halfway through escrow which left me disappointed and anxious with the nearing deadline. So I decided to research the best realtor in the area and I found LuAnn and was impressed with her 5 star reviews; I asked her to step in to get the job done. She and her team made what could have been another stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. LuAnn really listened to my concerns, is passionate about her job and her calming manner alleviated my anxiety and PTSD from working with a previous realtor who was unable to sell my home. From our first meeting she was prepared & did her research, provided net sheets showing profits w/ different listing prices. I loved that she was transparent. I met with another realtor my aunt recommended who worked with a big realty company in Sacramento who provided comps but did not want to tell me what he thought my house would sell for until I signed paperwork to hire him, this pushed me even more to choose LuAnn. What I think made a big difference in selling my home this time around was her marketing strategies, staging, and negotiation skills. I also received weekly updates via email from her team about what improvements and feedback they received that could improve future showings. She is available via text and phone call without having to go through a secretary or middle person. She promptly responds when you reach out to her. We sold with no contingencies/inspection and short escrow! I highly recommend her to anyone who needs to sell or buy.

Smoothest home buying process ever. I was so impressed by LuAnn and her staff. We were first-time home buyers so obviously we were nervous about taking this big step, but thankfully the entire process so streamlined and stress-free. Also, at the same time I always felt informed about every single detail, which I really appreciated. LuAnn was extremely present and responsive. When we found our dream home, she didn't waste a second to start the offer process and kept us looped in, and provided her expert guidance while also taking into account our opinions. She has so much experience under her belt and has many connections in the community, which we fully took advantage of - so our loan approval, various inspections, etc were also really easy to complete. It really felt like a dream team! I can't be more grateful for LuAnn, and I'm so happy with our new house!

Stellar Experience, Guidance, and Commitment That You Would Expect and Want From a Real Estate Agent. I have nothing but high praise for LuAnn. As a first time buyer, I appreciated her knowledge about the current real estate landscape and any questions I had, her quick and reliable communications, her adaptability to tackle unexpected hurdles specific to my situation, and her honest input during key decisions points. She easily understood my intentions and I could trust on her experience and guidance to make many necessary informed decisions throughout the buying process. Not but not least, LuAnn has an amazing team, reputation, and relationships to leverage. Strong and trustworthy agent. My experience with LuAnn was amazing. I could really tell that she was acting in my best interest, and she was always very straightforward, even blunt about things. You could trust that she would tell things like they are, which made me confident that she wasn't just trying to make you buy any house... She was trying to matchmake you with the right house. That's something I very appreciated and there isn't enough of that upstanding attitude in the industry sometimes.
I also appreciated her team, Ashlee who was always very on top of paperwork things and Garrett who was the nicest guy, he talked us through much of our house hunt as we tried to find the right place.

LuAnn was the perfect agent to help me sell my mom's place in Lodi. This property was out of her usual geographic and price range but she agreed to take us on. I really appreciate her flexibility to help us even though I expected her to refer us. She had the connections to make the listing happen very quickly, including interior and exterior upgrades. She was even able to find a roofer to replace the one we originally and who completed the job within 2 weeks. Her advice on the best type of upgrades was spot on. We chose not to tackle some of the more expensive upgrades and this worked out just fine. She helped strategize how to handle one aspect of the house as an "as is" offer (the deck.) In total, very good judgment tailored to what we were willing to take on. The result was 14 offers. She helped me choose the best quality buyer/buyer's agent. This is quite crucial in getting to the finish line as there were many back and forths, but successfully compromised for all. Really an excellent agent whose advice is something you should follow!

Best real estate agent. LuAnn was truly exceptional. She guided us every step of the way. We found LuAnn when we were searching for highly rated local real estate agents online. After I talked to her for consultation we knew right away she would be a good fit for our house hunting needs.
LuAnn was always available whenever I reached out to her with any questions or concerns. She would call us back in a reasonable amount of time if she was not able to answer our calls.
LuAnn also referred us to a broker who was amazing. He was able to give us the lowest interest rate we could get at the time. They made the house buying process easy for us.

Excellent buyer's agent and would absolutely use in the future. We contacted LuAnn to serve as our buyer's agent for our first time home purchase and could not be happier with her and her team.
- Straightforward and communicative
- Able to answer all of my questions AND her team had a lot of documentation prepared for me to reference that covered the entire process
- LuAnn really went out of her way to push for our best interests at every turn
- LuAnn has a great network that made it easy for getting recommendations for financing, inspections and more, and I never felt pressured to use her recommendations (but ended up doing so because just like LuAnn, they were all great!)
- Overall pleasant person and I enjoyed all my interactions with her :)
We would definitely recommend LuAnn and would work with her again in a heartbeat!

Best agent in the Sacramento/Elk Grove area!! We purchased a new build with LuAnn and she was with us through the entire process! She wouldn't let the big builders take advantage us. She got us the best price and even lowered our initial deposit! You might not think you need an agent for a new build, but she made a huge difference in our home purchasing experience. She really works hard for you. I highly recommend LuAnn for anyone looking to purchase a new build or an existing home!
