If there were negative stars, that's what I would give this so-called "business." The customer service is absolutely atrocious!!!! I literally waited in paint for 35 minutes while employees walked right by. I finally left and grabbed a few other things since that wasn't happening. I get to the self check out, and there are no bags in the entire store! The employee says, "Oh yeah, we're out of those!" So now I'm carrying three glass vases out to my car with no protection. Guess what happened when I started driving? Yep. Cracked glass! I only go here for the military discount, but I'd rather pay full price elsewhere. Just throw the entire store away!

Bad customer service. It's better to order what you want online and get it delivered to your door instead of looking for it in store and ask staff for help. They seem lazy.

Most of the service personnel run the other way when a customer is in obvious need of help. When needing help loading, it takes what seems like forever. I usually have to go back in the store and grab someone to help. I do like the selection.

I will never buy any kind of appliance and purchase anything from Lowe's their extended warranty that they don't inform you what the warranty covers. I purchased a top loading washer & dryer from them, the company brand name is (Madea), I purchased it 2 years ago, no problem, recently I was lifting the lid on the washer, taking clothes out, close the lid and a bracket broke off, called Lowe's and the manufacturer company, to explain what happened and put in a service order to get the part fixed, the manufacturer and Lowe's indicated to me, it wasn't covered and it was the consumer fault that it broke, and the extended warranty only covers the motor on the washer! I will never buy another appliance from Lowe's and I am stuck with a broken lid on my washer that I did not break!

Do not buy paint from this store I bought their valspar paint and it wouldn't even cover spider web use a gallon just for one 10 ft wall and it didn't cover up any spots they would not refund me my money The can specifically says that it does cover up they don't back their products

I always thought lowes better then home depot, but last experience shows that lowes is a cheap place- information on label and inside of box not matching, and when you come back to customer service to return or replace they tell you it's your problem and they can't help you.

Don’t buy flooring products here , bought linoleum that said 12x14, turns out it was 12x 11 one associate said customer service can help me, when I show up customer service service said they can’t help me. Take your business where people value it.

Horrible experience, curbside pickup is a joke,3 days later and my curbside order for 2 small garbage cans still hasnt been filled ,i will cancel and have to go in person to get them the south Sacramento store is a mess,nothing is getting restocked, its just being left a mess in the front entrance and down just abpit every isle, and for god sakes please use the self check out lane,they literally have the slowest cashiers anywhere, horrible location, the laziest personell of any location, all those lazy young guys fakeing injuries so they go home early to avoid any real work besides walking around on their phones, UPDATE :That gsm jackass/ jacob they have is to blame, ignorant and rude and knows absolutely nothing about customer service , after traveling from so cal to sparks nevada as the Premier contracter for lowes this has to be the absolute worse run store hands down, 3 miles away home depot is packed with customers while this location is nearly completely abandoned 6 out of 7 days , my suggestion is travel over to the rancho store where they cater to your needs,and after 2 years still no bags for thier customers to use

A couple of times, I had issues with customer service, I have reported to lowes corporate, but they didn't take any action, or I received any phone call or email regarding that.. I am a pro member, but they don't give a damn. I shop there almost every other day. Yearly, I spend thousands of dollars ?.. I called the number provided, and some lady named J***k picked up. I told her the reason for calling, and she said I have no idea what to do.. so go ahead and leave more review.. hahahahah.. hella funny ? ?… visited yesterday and left many reviews for experience, but no action taken… It's even getting worse.. i started going to Home Depot.. took all my business there and took all my clients, friends, and families

I was in this location multiple times but today Natasha helped me out she’s super nice with best customer service if you need any assistance please ask for Natasha .
