Got the opportunity to purchase my 2024 MDX S Type ADV from Jason Megna on Friday and the experience was great. Jason took his time and went over all of our options with us and the entire team made this a pleasant dealership visit. We will definitely be back when it's time to re-up!

The best Acura dealership! My cousin came in on Sunday looking for an RDX. Julio let us take the 2024 RDX for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and hilarious. We ended up purchasing the car and will definitely purchase again in the future. Ask for Julio, he's the best and not pushy!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I absolutely despise these people, sales team is a bunch of crooks and liars and I was targeted with a spot delivery which is illegal in California and that's how they seem to run their business, worst one of them is the finance manager Jonathan Hutchison.According to him he's "the best around" that was funny cause he's horrible at his job, the vehicle here in reference is STOCK#: 39660 which is the 2015 Lexus RCF which I came in to buy on October i got there and was apparently "approved" by one of the main sales team members Jason Megna he's also a liar.I was interested in the Lexus I traded in my 2020 Camry TRD which they gave me $9 k under value which isn't surprising and on top of that $6 thousand downs payment was also introduced,Was then told I was approved by my old bank Ally by Jason which never happened lol it was actually a credit union which I only found out later.So after all this I get "approved" and go sign in the original contract and then I'm handed the keys and I'm on my way home Sunday evening.This is where the scam takes place not even the next day these crooks give me a call already Monday morning on my day of work and Jonathan goes ahead and makes up an excuse saying "hey uh the bank needs another $3200 down payment can you give me a call please".This was already looking suspicious cause I already signed my contract I then proceed to contact him and he makes up this BS of how the banks needs some more money and now all of a sudden he needs a new contract signed which was pretty funny considering he's so good at his job, yet when I ask him for proof of that he shows me a email from the credit union but forgets to cross their name and number so I give them a call, specifically Parker the indirect program manger there and I find out that they delayed the funds to The dealer because Hutch can't do his job right and messed up a lot of things on the contract he was short $900 and was asking me for $3200 which is unacceptable, which he was aware of the day of handing out the contract October 1st that was a big shock to me after telling hutch the bank never asked me for the money he gets instantly mad and threats me to sign a new contract or bring the car back then hung up in my face,I decide to speak the stores general manger Patrick Ahern who is also a big joke, just like hutch he was 0 help he ofc is on their side and threatened me to bring the car back now after I explained my situation he then said bring it now or we are coming to repossess it which isn't legal as I have a legal contract haha, he told me the contact I signed is void and no longer valid which is also illegal then proceeded to hang up in my face what a great way to show customer service "At the knight dealers customers come first"After about 5 min he calls back and saids yeah your right you signed a legal contract and it's still valid I laughed at him and told him to stop calling me because he was useless at this point.Since then every single day this dealer was harassing me and my family by calls and e-mail they were so petty they started to call and text my references on the contract to try and get me to give them the money I was very furious my attorney was involved a day after speaking to Patrick and I completely ignored them but after getting sick of the harassment I decided to just take the car back and get my money and trade in back which they didn't want to give back,The sales guy took 1 hour and 3 tried to fill out a DMV form these people are all idiots, they caused me and my family nothing but trouble all month harassing us multiple times a day and also making threats to us everything is documented and I have all the proof don't buy this car or any others don't give them service that's why this cars been on the lot 5 months they can't sell cars, I hope Robert Knight fires the whole sales team and get a new GM who know how to do their job!

I am so happy that I chose this dealership for my Acura to get fixed!So my engine took a poop on me.. and I needed to get the engine replaced, so I called Elk Grove Acura. I had the privilege to work alongside with Will from the services department. He was so attentive, listened, and made sure I was as updated on every little thing that happened to my car. Will also lended me a car (2024 Acura Integra) while my car was in the shop, it took almost a month due to going through my extended warranty so there was a lot of things that nI does to happen in ordered for them to fix my car. But Will literally kept me up to date on all things going on with my car! After my car was done, Will sat me down and went through all of the necessary things that happened to my car, even showing me the damages that happened to my car. I usually hate going to dealerships but Will made me believe again! I was so happy to have him for my car situation cuz he literally saved my behind !! I cannot wait to come back there to potentially buy a newer Acura! Thanks Will. PS, if youre his manager reading this, give that man a damn raise!!

Do not trust this company!!!I purchased my Acura and when I was in the finance department the finance guy Vinny told me I had to purchase a product to qualify for a lower rate, which was a lie!!! He then told me that I would be able to return the product at any time for a refund so I agreed. I later found out that this was also a lie and was not given my $1300 back!!! I thought Patrick, the GM of the store would be understanding and help me out. This was a huge mistake! Not only did he do nothing to help me, I had to call many many times with no response. When I finally got him on the phone he basically brushed me off saying he was not responsible!!!Waste of time and money!!! I Highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs!!!

Fantastic experience getting our car here. Our salesman Julio was terrific to work with, really listened to our needs and helped every step along the way. Got a great deal, great car and Julio contacted us several times to make sure we are happy with everything. Huge selection of nice pre owned vehicles as well as new. Finance guy Sunny was super fun and informative, Great place.

I've been here for car service but this time, I came here to purchase a car. Inquired at 3 places and test drove at 2. I was looking to trade in my 2016 ILX (silver) for a small SUV. I was choosing between 2 vehicles: RDX and a Mazda CX-5. Narrowed it down to the RDX after I test drove both. I knew what I wanted in my second car and for Acura, it would have been the tech package. I went through internet sales and the sales manager that reached out was Jason Megna. I was able to test drive the RDX and needless to say, it felt right at home. Jason gave me the OTD price quote and I shopped around at a couple of other Acura dealerships. Jason gave me probably the best quote for the 2023 RDX with Tech in silver. I did bargain for a couple of things and he was able to make it happen. I really wanted the silver exterior and graystone interior but it wasn't available. Jason did check for me and it wasn't a huge deal breaker for me but graystone would have been nice, similar to my ILX. I liked that Jason was not pushy and trying to rush the process but I'm sure on his end, there was some rushing to get the buyer going. I was able to fill out the credit check at home which saved me time at the dealership. Finalized everything else at the dealership and Hutch (I think that was his name) in financing was really nice and cordial. Not pushy in adding extras since I didn't want any. Though I appreciated him taking the time to crunch the numbers for me. The whole process was quick & simple. I finalized everything in 2-3 hours of non-stop paperwork and they took care of the DMV title transfer of my old car. I'm enjoying my new ride, still getting used to all the tech things in my new car but it's a nice upgrade from my previous. If you're looking to buy your next car and an Acura is on your radar, look to Jason Megna for your car buying needs!

* This review is regarding the sales team , specifically Sonny, Alex, and Kevin. To keep things in perspective, I don't do reviews typically... I have been in a sales leadership role for over 20 years, and I can't say enough positive things about the sales staff at Lasher Acura. They all had a very passive aggressive approach, which in car sales is unfortunately not how all sales team members approach the process. Most are very aggressive, or tend to treat you like a sales opportunity (which we are, but consumers shouldn't feel that). I'm big on first impressions, I decide if someone is worth working with within 60 seconds. I knew right away sonny was going to do a great job, and try his best to meet our needs without being overly aggressive. As an example, we went to another dealership (or 2), and had a very different experience. One had the nerve to even have to say "I'm not trying to be argumentative" regarding helping us find the car that we saw online. If you have to make that statement during a sale's presentation, you shouldn't be in sales. Not the case at Acura. At one point Sonny even stated , if I can't get you in the car you really love then I won't pressure you into something else. Sonny did a great job start to finish, and was very transparent. His managers Alex and Kevin did a great job as well.Alex was very good at building rapport, and ensuring we were good throughout the entire sales process (he made it fun). Kevin did a great job on the back end ensuring all of our needs were met days after our purchase. My oldest son turns 16 in September, I will 100% be going back to Acura to purchase his first car.I HIGHLY recommend purchasing your vehicle from Acura.
