Great experience. Robert was very patient and helpful while my wife and I had difficulty agreeing on colors and fabric for a couch and two chairs.The store has a large selection of styles and fabrics to choose from.

Nice showroom. Prompt sales service. Quality product. They charge a $50 delivery fee for an in stock item that is sent from the warehouse to the store for customer pickup. Wasn’t expecting that. And be prepared to load your own furniture as they say they don’t have the staff to help you however the sales associate who sold me the chair 2 days earlier helped me out. I appreciated his help.

I entered the store with preconceived ideas to replace my dilapidated microfiber swivel rocker recliner. Michael Lohr introduced himself and spent a good hour trying chairs of different sizes and kinds. Michael explained differences between manual operation and remote control operations. Michael took it one step further and explained how the battery backup technology could help prevent a person from getting stuck in the chair while it was still open when the electricity goes out. Michael answered every question I had. I ordered a specific chair with certain features. It will be delivered with a white glove service after it is built here in the USA. I’m looking forward to my new rocking recliner.
