Absolutely positive experience with Johnny! We bought our first rental property and he helped out with submitting the necessary paperwork and ended up doing a 2.5 weeks escrow closing. Very effective and quick communication from day one till we closed the loan. I, whole heartedly, recommend him and his services. Ya are in good hands with this chap! We won't hesitate to use him again when the interest rate falls hopefully in future.

A good friend referred us to JD Home Loans. My family had a great experience with the loan officer Johnny. We were in a bad situation with another loan officer we were working with, but when we called Johnny for some advise he was very helpful from day one. We felt that Johnny was proving us with better service and was able to get us a better loan that worked for our family. The BEST part was that we had to close escrow in 2 weeks and Johnny was still able to get it done! I have to say there was a few challenges that came with getting this loan done for us, but Johnny was always calm, honest, professional, and very patient. Excellent service! We will definitely keep working with him for future deals and sending all our friends and family to JD Home Loans.
