“From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed with a smile and not an aggressive salesperson. I spent more than hour trying out many chairs and having a delightful conversation with one the associates. I felt like a welcomed member of the family. The entire staff working that day were very pleasant and accommodating. Great store, great service. Great overall experience. Thank you for all the help Ryan!”

“So many cute fines and ideas in the red door. I have purchased furniture and other decor items and antiques. It’s a fun place to browse around with welcoming people.”

“Clean, organized and well stocked. I don’t agree with the politics of the owners however there are not many other options locally for craft supplies. An additional complaint is that there only is one cashier every time I visit.”

“This store is amazing on the inside- beautiful selection. The outside is very stark and not very welcoming, but have a look. High quality furniture at decent prices as well!”

“I'm impressed with this store and it's concept. The Elk Grove store is near, and organized. The selections change often/seasonally and there is allot of great deals, housewares, cooking extras, kitchenwares. Good place to go when you need "Home Goods"... Ya see what I did there? ?”

“Kurt at the Elk Grove store was professional, courteous, engaging, informative and knowledgeable. He took great care in determining my wants, needs and budget, and found the perfect solution. I rarely buy any significant purchase on the first visit, but I did this time! 5 stars.”

“Kirkland’s Home store in Elk Grove/Laguna Creek has more home decor items. The store has beautiful art and home goods for you to bring home. The couple of ladies who work there are very attentive and friendly. The store is gorgeous and spotless. The parking lot is huge, and I have no problem getting a parking space near the front entrance. I have an excellent shopping experience.”

“Great shoe selection...good name brands HURLEY, CONVERSE, UNDER ARMOUR, HURLEY, POLO, REEBOK, DOC MARTINS, ADIDAS, VANS , GUESS, PUMA, MADDEN GIRL, SKETCHERS, AESICS .... tennis shoes, pool shoes, Sandals, slides, Boots, some but not many womens heels/ dress shoes... lots of variations but not in every size...meaning many styles and colors were available in only a couple different sizes...some were only in one size. Really nice to find good shoes at decent prices though!! only reason for 1 less star is I saw a cute pair of pool slides and it was the only pair no price though...there were a few employees close but the 2 women in the shoe area seemed very busy.. there were 2 guys just kinda standing around....white dress shirt black pants and hanging out by exit which is adjacent to shoe area... i wasnt sure they/he wasnt just security (and greeter/s) but when i saw one of them putting shoes back i chanced asking him if he could price check or if i needed to ask cashier...he took the shoes.. left briefly came back and said 50$ i said there were several other shoes ..sandals and tennis shoes by that brand and none were 50$.... the most expensive pair by that brand was 35$ he shrugged. When i tried to ask if there was anyone else who could check he just said 50$ and walked away ...also he didnt bring them back which was weird. So his unhelpful rudeness is why i docked a star...* note i had (and spent) over $150 in other shoe pairs when this occurred. Im sure it wasnt me ... he seemed unhappy in general..i think maybe the cashier had asked him to put those away and it wasnt his typical duty(?) still, i didnt appreciate it.
Prices reasonable and otherwise great trip... I will most likely look here for tennis shoes in the future...they even had aesics! (Avg 25-38$ on msrp 40-60). The Doc Martin Dress shoe-boots were $50...but MSRP is 90$+”

“Very friendly staff. I get inspired walking around Joann's. I thought my items would be more expensive but I got 40-50% most my items because of a sale. A little under stocked right now so I'm guessing they are getting rid of their spring and summer stock.”

“Would give 5 stars if the system would have allowed me to easily use my veterans account. Clerk had to go into locate and verify, but it would not let her apply the changes. She was awesome though and manually input the discount. Lowes, get your programming fixed please! Ed”
