First time using hertz was a disaster. I made reservation for 10:30 as a gold plus member. Didn't skip the line like is often advertised. I didn't even get keys until after half an hour and didn't leave until 1 hour after my scheduled pick up. The twist is they said they didn't have the car I reserved wasn't here and to come back around 3. So they gave me a ford SUV for the meantime. Until I got my luxury class like i reserved on the app. I said that was fine. I called around 2:40-2:55 to ask if I should come over and they said they're busy and will call me back. I didn't go far because I new I had to go back. Then I get there after I missed the call because I was driving over there so now I'm directed to go to another location 15 miles away in the heat of traffic. When I got there took awhile to get served even at this location even though it looked desolate. It's super hard to pull out the packed and tight parking lot. But I did get what I reserved. I got a Cadillac SUV. The tank was almost empty. Other than that it fine until I notice the car might need an early oil change. Take away is thisThe car I recently purchased has been a significant disappointment, mainly due to its poor performance. It struggles to accelerate, even when driving on flat terrain, and has difficulty maintaining a consistent speed on the highway. The engine seems to labor under the strain, and I have noticed that the car often stalls when I attempt to overtake other vehicles. This has not only made my driving experience unpleasant but also put me in potentially dangerous situations on the road. To make matters worse, the customer support provided by the dealership has been inadequate. When I have encountered problems with the car, I have found it difficult to get in touch with someone who can provide helpful advice or assistance. Additionally, the dealership's response time has been slow, and I have been left feeling unsupported and frustrated.In conclusion, my experience with this car has been far from satisfactory. The poor performance, subpar fuel efficiency, uncomfortable interior, unreliable safety features, and inadequate customer support have all contributed to a disappointing and frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this car to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable driving experience. I'm waiting to hear back from a rep it's been longer than the time they said they would be reaching out. I will be contacting if I don't hear back by tomorrow.

My wife made a reservation for a 1 week rental, coming out to roughly $350, all included. However, she forgot to add me as a 2nd driver. When we went to pick up the car, we asked about adding me, and it was supposed to cost $15 extra a day or roughly $120 total. Kind of expensive if you ask me, but we agreed. The associate asked us if we wanted "standard" coverage and we said yes.When it came time to drop off, we were hit with a $350 fee total. The fee is so ridiculous that we could've rented TWO cars instead of 1 for that price. I guess that's what "standard" means, even though the fee wasn't at all made clear to us. When my wife called Hertz.com for an explanation, we were told "that's' what you signed".I guess they don't want repeat business.

Went to find out why I'm still being charged for tolls. First Lady very cordial, but the other very curt and unfriendly. You're not customer first in this establishment.

I would give 0 of o could. This location is trash. I had a reservation for today at 12p for a medium sized car. I get there at 12p and the lady at the desk tells me that whoever is in charge "saved me" this vehicle- an electric Kia which was much smaller and not in the same class. I said so what I reserved is not available? She said no you can take the electric car or we'll charge more for you to take the SUV. I said please cancel my reservation. Why the heck would you change someone's reservation without notifying them ahead of time? Makes no sense.

This review is for the condition of the car. Booked a mid-size and they gave me a CRV. Inside totally gross. The interior was tan and all the side door interior was so dirty it was almost black. All the seats completely stained and dark. Never had such a poor condition rental before. Customer service was nice and fine.

If I could give zero stars I would . I didn’t believe the bad reviews because I had previously rented here but I will NEVER again! I made a reservation through my company site and I also called to confirm three days prior. When we arrived , the woman at the counter looked up my reservation and said she couldn’t honor the rate and that we would have to rebook through them . She couldn’t give us a price but gave us a number to customers service . When we call CS they said everything was fine on there end and it must just be an error . We went back and again was told we would have to rebook and do a credit check were a $500 deposit would be needed . It was total bs and she wouldn’t even listen to the CS agent. She just continued To push booking through them. We went to Enterprise on Arden way and it was amazing ! Help same day and they were so courteous to us ! Beware of them , definitely trying to gauge people for money and not honoring reservations!!

This is my second times I booked car thru this facility and both times they don't have car I reserved.First time, I reserved full size sedan and they did not have the car I reserved. They gave me small SUV and I was fine with it because I don't need much cargo space. This was ok experience for me for first time.Second time, I booked 5 weeks in advance for mini van for my SolCal trip. One day before pickup, they called and told me they don't have van and try to get a Van, if not they would give me a SUV. I told them that I need cargo space for 2 large suitcases and 3 carry-ons. If they don't have a van, then I need a large SUV. On pickup day, they called and let me know they only have midsize SUV (Dodge Journey). I came and checked out the vehicle, it is 7 seaters but cargo space is only tiny and would fit 3 carry-ons. The third rows leg room is tiny and only good for children not for adult. I ended up to cancel my reservation and split up our family to drive 2 of our own cars. As a gold member, I thought it would be easy and fast process for me. But I am so disappointed that they either oversold or didn't have vehicle in stock. If that is the case, they should reject my reservation 2-3 weeks before, so I can find the van from another location. I would not rent from this location again. I rather drive to airport with more options.I gave 2 stars because of first rental. I would give 1 star for second time.

Awful experience that would avoid at any expense. Forced to upgrade my booked car was not there and my booking "was last minute". Be aware of them and avoid at any cost!!

Nice smiles is about all they have here . Sometimes not even that . There on the computer surfing the net and talking on phone when they should be calling reservations that can’t be fulfilled before the customer has to drive all the way to the location for nothing. If you have 0 cars available, you should reach out to customers that have reservations to let them know . That’s the least you can do since you basically do nothing all day . What a waste of space . Close the whole office down
