Staff was very rude and prejudice towards my son. I was disgusted by their behavior..prejudging my son based on personal bias.

Went to find out why I'm still being charged for tolls. First Lady very cordial, but the other very curt and unfriendly. You're not customer first in this establishment.

This review is for the condition of the car. Booked a mid-size and they gave me a CRV. Inside totally gross. The interior was tan and all the side door interior was so dirty it was almost black. All the seats completely stained and dark. Never had such a poor condition rental before. Customer service was nice and fine.
