“Very clean layout and was able to find what I was looking for quickly. Staff was friendly but did not need any help.
Deals were not all together but in the main section. Parking lot is large with plenty of space.”

“Would give 5 stars if the system would have allowed me to easily use my veterans account. Clerk had to go into locate and verify, but it would not let her apply the changes. She was awesome though and manually input the discount. Lowes, get your programming fixed please! Ed”
“I have read many reviews here, some make sense, others come off as silly.
The reason for my 5 star review:
1. Always getting the help I need
2. Employees are employing and know what to do
3. They have the stuff they should have
4. While I have come off minor inconveniences, I understand that it is a large store and not everything will be perfect.
Yes sometimes certain sections are closed. Or even worse, the employee who works in a certain section that you need help with isn't there and left 30 minutes ago and you didn't realize it (happened to me) but we gotta understand that it's completely fine. The store is basically always clean and organized and employees are helpful. I almost never see any part out of stock. (haven't seen it yet tbh). So far, out of every Home Depot ive visited, this is my personal favorite Because:
- the best help ive gotten so far
- Product is always availble
- not a large drive”

“I needed some accessories for breast cancer awareness for my daughter‘s school assembly. I didn’t think it would be this hard to find. Luckily the little gem Ace Hardware on Sheldon & Grant Line had just what I needed. In conversation, the owner Adam found out why I needed the accessories. My total came to about $40. The owner handed me the bag and said you are good to go, This is our donation! I was and am, so touched and filled with gratitude! Just when you start to lose hope, people like him help restore humanity.
