They have a good selection of all sorts of plants and containers, but some of the staff are rude and only spend about 2 minutes with each customer. Every time I shop there (which is often), there are always new workers. No one stays employed there very long. I heard from an employee that the managers ride them so hard that the employees have no choice but to quit.
I still shop there often because they have a good plant selection, but I try to avoid the employees. Even their cashiers are not very pleasant.

Bought 20+ plants for my yard today. Sibyl and Hannah are very helpful and knowledgeable. They give me some good recommendations and explain patiently.

A few of the people there are not very informed about the products they sell at all.
They were very kind and sweet, though, but that isn't going to make my veg and fruit trees any healthier ?

Love Green Acres, but they charge 8.00 dollars more for Neptunes Harvest than Amazon. We are your customers!!!!

The staff at the Green Acres on E Stockton in Elk Grove couldn't have been more unhappy to be assisting customers. I wanted to buy trees and that required too much work on their part. They did everything short of telling me to come back at another time even though there were very few customers in the store. I've always heard good things about this nursery so I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
