The lady who works there is not friendly. I'm not going there again. First time I donated a full load of car today to this location. The other store staff would come out to help with a cart and unloaded everything while i had to do everything from a far parking lot because there are no close parking except for 2 spots of handicapped parking.

This is conveniently located. But their open hours for having employees to accept your donation super hit or miss. I had to go back four times during their posted open hours to actually find them open. It felt good to make my donation and be on my way. Patience is key.

I love donating things that my family no longer uses. Makes us feel good to give without the expectation of getting something in return. That being said, it's beyond frustrating to go out of the way sometimes to make a stop to make a drop off, only to get there and it's closed. It's 2:04pm on a Sunday. I've showed up during the week, on a Saturday, different times, but all of them within the "m-Sunday 8:00-8:00" time posted on the door and website. Hell, even yelp tells me they're open right now. If they're gonna be closed, that's fine, but update the hours. I really don't like wasting my time.

I came to drop off some stuff the sign on the door it clearly says they're open until 8 PM and it's exactly 6:46 PM and the store was closed and the phone is not working it's out of order major waste of time

Person working even came out to our car to help bring our donation in and offered us a receipt. Took less than 5 minutes! Will be back with more donations in the future. Easiest Goodwill drop-off ever!

Came here to drop off some barely worn clothes and used kitchen appliances. Came right around 6:40pm on a day they closed at 7pm and the workers were present and ready to help us lift things out of our trunk. The transaction was quick, efficient and both workers were polite and very helpful.
