Lyle is amazing! He made sure we understood everything that went on during the process of obtaining a loan and purchasing a home. If I sounded even a tad bit unsure, he would explain it so that I was fully aware of what was going on.Lyle was very responsive and never made us feel like we were just $$$ to him. Prior to working with Lyle, we dealt with another lender/originator that pulled our credit, told us we could possibly qualify for X dollar amount and then stopped responding to us for about 3 weeks. We were pretty down about being ignored and believed that purchasing a home for our family was not meant to be, but I’m so grateful that we decided to look around and read reviews—that’s how we stumbled upon Lyle.We are moving into our home this weekend and it’s all because Lyle is an upstanding guy who took the time to see us for what we were—a married couple with 3 little kids, just trying to get into a home and do right by our them!From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Lyle!!

Brad Puckett did a great job of securing me a new Mortgage with a much better rate. My mortgage was unusually small and no one wanted to get involved or spend the time. Brad took on the challenge and tackled some extra work but it all made the process easy for me. Brad also kept me updated with the status on a regular basis. Great customer service!

Lyle was awesome! I purchased my first home and he educated me every step of the way. I never felt rushed, and had all information ahead of time so I could make informed decisions. He stuck with me from lost offer to accepted! He also was aware of programs for first time homebuyers and encouraged me to apply for a program that gave me an extra 20k toward the purchase of my home! I feel more than comfortable with the terms of my loan and feel confident that I will be a successful homeowner.
