The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, but every Saturday, the lines are nearly out the door with only two tellers. Avoid Saturdays if you can, or Golden1, please increase staffing. ?

Lines are unnecessarily long, not enough staff during the day. It doesn’t seem to matter what time we go in, there is always a line. 30-45 min line is not uncommon.

This is the absolute worst Golden 1 I’ve ever been to. They make me want to go elsewhere. They are slow at helping even when they have cashiers to help they still let only one move the line. They are absolutely no help when I needed help investing my money. Robyn Horrell manages this bank. I just watched her sit at a teller station and just laugh and do nothing when she had a long line of customers waiting. This is not new for this bank but this manager and her managing this bank really needs to get fired.

Been in line for 45 min , very slow. Only 1 teller who goes missing from time to time. Line is long more people should be serving. Very slow service

If you’re thinking about banking with golden 1 then FORGET THIS PARTICULAR GOLDEN 1 place. Bad customer service. The management is even worse. The leads clearly don’t have a clue about anything and giving out wrong and false information. Not once but twice now. After I brought up a complaint to the manager regarding my two incident, He turned me away and stood by his leads. I don’t always believe in “customers are right” but in my situation, they were in the wrong. My situation was not solved so I will be bringing this up the HR.

If you want to go waste an hour of your life you come to the right place. Always a long line and tellers are super slow. Seriously considering pulling all my money from this place so I never have to come back. Chase never has me waiting this long.

Only had 10 ppl in front of me and waited for more than 40 mins so far as I write this review. Only 2 customers service rep. Smh. Nit coming here again.

Golden 1 is slow like molasses. I saw at least 3 tellers. No one in line in front of me. After a customer is helped, the teller disappears and another one takes a long time to call me. All I wanted to do was get change.

Staff is very slow. It takes them forever! The procedures they have in place are terrible. The over the phone customer service says one thing and the branch says another. I will be switching all 7 of my accounts very soon!

At one point the line was over 16 customers long. 7 service windows and 2 tellers. Then down to 1. One office with customer. 5 empty offices. This is at 1:55 in the afternoon. This is turning into a regular event. No regard for customers time. Been banking with G1 for 40 years and this the worst. Maybe time for other banking services.

I deposited my check in there ATM 5 days ago, the ATM had a green light. It took my check, I went into the credit union the next day only to find out they couldn't retrieve it and said I need to open a dispute with my bank. So I did, my bank said they have been trying to get verification that they have my payroll check and golden 1 is not cooperating. Why would they have such a cumbersome process on retrieving someone's money. I have bills to pay...
